Private. I didn't get to see much of his skill so maybe you would want to battle to him, but i think this rank fits him well. I also think that this rank (private) should be the highest rank to test into.

For all you new folks (and you lazy old folks) there is a Legacy League, based off the Legacy clan that preceded the Ascension (read the history on the first post). Anyway, come down and join the league, it's loads of fun blah blah blah. Oh yeah, me and UDK might make a promotion for those who do join (I'm not sure yet) that will make it easier to rank up. (Is this enough Mega?)

people....go to the chatroom...we're there most of the time...also...new members....you must stay active...i know some of you have school but at least take some time to post on the clan...or at least visit the chatroom every once in a while...i bet most of you havent even been tested have you?....dont be lazy and stop by the chatroom and ask for a test battle or PM somebody
