I took her seriously when I saw her MTV Special thing, then the more she raps, I'm always thinking she's such a smart girl, whats with the creepy raps. I still love her, but I want her to push the bar to something besides "Stupid Hoe" and screaming and what not.
Maybe she'll scent her album~

Born this Way Ball/Tour promo material:
Discuss:
Reminiscent of Katy's look at bit in E.T., mildly.
Its nice? I would have liked it more if she used an image from the set that we saw or something. I think Terrikon has that image in his sig, not sure. I'd still like to see a set-list. Also, it still kind urks me that she called in the "Born This Way Ball Tour", I don't know it worked calling her other tour "The Monster Ball", but the words just to roll off nicely. Not like it matters though.

Thank you :3 I try to see the good in every pop star (and to some extent most people in general), because I realized after a period of being highly anti-Britney because I was an über-stan for Gaga that disliking an artist because of anything but the image they portray (music being the main focus!) is just stupid, really. I also think that thiings they represent in some way, like Katy representing the (rather overused) term "generic", should not necessarily be held against them. And it turns out I really like some of Britney's music from Blackout on and from her first two albums; so it would be such a shame if I just spent my time ignoring music that I might like a lot just because of the artist. Once I decided to give each and every artist a chance, I got a huge surprise by Madonna and Britney being my 2nd and 4rd most played artists ever, and where I hated them before, I actually became a bit of a Madonna stan! (Katy is, sadly to those who say I Stan for her, only 8th as of right now) Plus there's the part where I actually like Taylor Swift now.
tl;dr: I think judging artist personally is, in many cases (not all, because some just have despicable personalities and actions associated with them), a bad thing to do and you should always give a lot of the attention to the actual music and whether it inspires good feeling in you and such, or whether it just doesn't click with you.
Kira, calling me a Katy stan is like calling me straight. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not. I really don't know how to convince you of this though, you seem so fixated on it.

It's too colorful in my opinion, but I guess that's what she was going for. To be honest, I don't know what to think of Nicki anymore; I have a feeling that she's going to lose a lot of fans during this upcoming era.
It looks fan made. :x
And they've obviously gone with the same theme from the "Born This Way" video, which I believe was released before the "E.T." video.

Spoiler:- 4 for you Terrakion, you go Terrakion:
The Born This Way Tour? I don't know it just sounds funny to me.
Katy Perry's smelled like cotton candy, so I see why not D:
I demand this now from her.
A majority of her Rap fans are crazy about her, since a lot of her songs are similar to her mixtape days, so her old fans are going nuts. Her newer fans seem to be put off by this era.

Out of the five songs she put out only Starships has been the most far fetched one. Most of her Roman songs have been compared to her mixtape songs. Still, the point stands a huge part of her fan base still enjoys her rapping hard more then her Pop work.

Black Shinies:
I have claimed Remoraid.
@ Nicki: I really like her cover, since I'm a sucker for colorful things. However, I like her more pop leaning stuff a lot more, so I'm not sure yet how much I'll be interested in the music. I like how her pop stuff is very dance influenced; she's got a great voice for it! In addition to her rapping talent, of course.
I don't like the cover. She looks beautiful on it but I just hate the font. =/

Yeah, I like the picture but the bottom half is horrible. The mishmash of fonts is messy. Just awful.
Ugh, why are bitches always coming in and posting every once in a while to let us know that they hate Pop music or prefer another music genre? It's like...great. Have anything to contribute to the POP MUSIC discussion? No? Kay, BYEEEE ~
Over the years I've trained myself to not get too hyped about the covers of the albums I'm anticipating. Mainly because it turns out to be such a disappointment. There have been some good album covers in Pop music recently...but most of them are utter shit. Look at Lady GaGa and Rihanna's latest album covers: DREADFUL. Anyways, Nicki's Roman Reloaded is no exception. What a stupid hoe.
Personally I'm glad The Wanted are breaking North America. I was never a fan or anything but I've always been aware of their music because I'm very interested in the British Pop scene. "Glad You Came" was out last Summer and it just never caught on with me...until Glee. And I don't even watch Glee! I saw the clip of the Warblers [or whatever] performing it and it was like INSTA-EAR WORM. It's funny how things like that happen...but hey, some of my favourite songs ever I initially hated. Their albums are largely hit-and-miss, but such is most boybands. A lot of their songs are enjoyable enough at least, though. And Nathan...can we talk about Nathan? OMG, NATHAN. Adorable.
Obviously I would much prefer "What Makes You Beautiful" to be charting so well, but once it catches on radio it shouldn't have a problem. It has already started to rebound on the iTunes chart.

THE IRONY IS THE BEST AWARD.
Or lack thereof.
The colours are pretty nice, it's just mainly ruined by that big bitch ass banner at the bottom. It actually reminds me of an eight year old's best effort at word art on MS Word. Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if Nicki's creative director is an eight year old.
But as mentioned, most album covers as of recent have sucked eggs.
I love you.
I agree about the colors, but the image could be better as well. She looks pretty but it's not striking enough to make me interested in her album. If the cover and the music are mostly mediocre then I guess I'm glad Gaga fired LAG because she's doing nothing for Nicki. The colours are pretty nice, it's just mainly ruined by that big bitch ass banner at the bottom. The full version of "Girl Gone Wild" is out on iTunes now (the one on Madonna's VEVO was a bit of a shortened remix). Musically, there aren't too many differences with the official song, but a few sounds are changed around a bit that don't really make the song any better or worse. However, I REALLY love the spoken part that's been added to the beginning of the song. It just sounds... awesome. It sounds really mesmerizing, and pretty cool. Obviously a little spoken part isn't going to make the song go up 100 quality points, but I really like the addition.
