From Red/Blue it's hard... Golbat, Golem, PARASECT, Machamp, Tangela, Lickitung, Koffing (upside down??), Moltres, Pidgeot... hard to pick one xD

From Yellow, always thought Rhydon was weird there. Pikachu on the other hand looks awesome. Best Pikachu sprite so far.

I looked at the Jynx sprites over the years. That dancing creeps me out....

The Golbat sprite looks awesome, and they shouldn't of changed it. >,<

Jynx's back sprite ia horrid. her eyes are bulging out and she just looks creepy.
Mr. mimes yellow sprite suprisingly is worse than his red and blue sprites. It's so blurry.

I love all of the RB sprites and many of the G sprites but the one that I have to say is the most disturbing is definitely Green Mew @_@ Butterfree's Green sprite actually looks really nice :O I love the wings.

Over the years, I've gotten used to the Red/Blue sprites. Still Pikachu looks bad, and Charmeleon's back sprite looks bad.

I remembered some other sprites which look bad:

Geodude (R/B)- It looks like an Atari 2600 Elvis sprite.
Gastly (R/B)- Just what I always wanted to catch, the MS Paint Airbrush tool!
Machop (R/B)- There's not enough shading, so the character appears flat.
Magmar (R/B)- The character is in an odd pose, so you can't see its design very well.

Ekans (R/B)- The face looks wrong, particularly the mouth. The character might look better colored/shaded.

I like Golbat's crazy sprite. Sure it's odd, but that's what's great about it. I also like many of the Green sprites. Green's Mew, however, is bad beyond belief.

I think Squirtle's RB sprite looks just plain dopey...I mean, his eyes and mouth are very Ditto-ish. It definetly looks better in the newer gens.

Honestly, there were a few good ones, but most of them were poorly done, and the strangest one was Mew.
