No one is "venting anger" towards you. The problem is that you're constantly giving incorrect information, which is why you're being criticized, not because everyone is angry with you.

...I've got no idea what you're trying to say. As far as the ID being possible to be produced by abusing the RNG... why wouldn't it be possible? As far the hack-checking abilities of thread go, it's very easy to fool, since really, you can't check the PID, and you're limited to the information they provide (andthey frequently forget to put information, which obviously doesn't make it any easier).

It should be legit XD Gale of Darkness Lugia. What I know the name is dependent on the username and can be caught in Masterball. Someone proved me right that he caught it in Ultra ball.

Well, you just had a bad luck, sadly people still trade hacks on purpose. But you can't say that any event pokemons in gts are hacks, I already saw and traded a bunch of events that looks ok.

It could have been nicknamed Mew if it's from the Faraway event in emerald (as it has the trainer's ID/SID). Check to see if the characters look a bit weird, english/latin characters are a little bit wider in the Japanese games that they are in our games. You could also trade to PtHGSS (or pokeshift to genV) to see if it unlocks a japanese dex entry for Mew.

You don't need to transfer it; Gen 4 games use the same fonts as Gen 5. If it doesn't say Ｋａｙｌａ like that, it's a hack (it most likely is anyway).

so i have been on a quest to get all pokemon legitimately in soulsilver. my friend helped me out and gave me 8 legendaries i needed, but i wanted to make sure that they are all as legit as possible, so if you guys would like to just make sure they're not obvious hacks, i would much appreciate it.

Shaymin must has the Fateful encounter tag. No fateful, it's hacked (or obtained via tweaking in D/P, which isn't exactly a legitimate way either, since Shaymin's area is accessed without the use of the event item)

Latias and Kyogre looks fine.

Deoxys I'm not sure, but it looks fine enough (I mean, who would want to hack a lv 30 non-shiny Deoxys that's Sassy but Likes to Run?)

Palkia, Darkrai, and Manaphy looks fine.

Arceus.....yeah, you're correct. Your friend definitely hacked the Azure Flute.
It's technically "legal" (not legitimate since the Azure Flute was never released, yet not exactly hacked either, since the only thing that's hacked is the Flute) but some people consider the Arceus as hacked anyway.

There is no in game Arceus event. That is why people think it is not possible to get it unless by hacking.

Deoxys looks fine. Most Pokemon has detrimental Natures but Characteristic backs it up. Very common in events. Though it is rare to find UT in game event Pokemon in trade unless GTS clone.
