AR cloning has never been considered legit as it requires a device outside of the DS. it was tolerated here (somewhat) until a few weeks ago, when a sitewide warning went out against it. you may want to check the 5th gen trade forum main page near the top for the specific thread...there is supposed to be a way to clone in 5th gen that doesn't require any outside help, but i have no clue what it is or how to do it...

I just got a shiny raikou in a trade, but it says it's from sinnoh. Is that possible? Sorry for not using the form, but I didn't think it was necessary.

the form is always necessary...it's hack since Raikou comes from either Kanto (FR/LG), Distant Land (Colosseum), or a 4th gen Pokemon event in the summary...never from Sinnoh.
