kk, i think its legit cause theres no way to tell if its hacked, and u dont always have a false swiper on u, with high level pokemon

many RNGs have elected to use the masterball on Cofagrigus because of the matching color scheme so its not that weird really. There are 2 in game masterballs and the person could always clone their masterball or trade for more. All in all the masterball is really no cause for concern and the pokemon looks fine.

This is a serious question. Well, some people consider as hacks, because clones needs the use of a external non official device, that can be considered as hacking. But, from the other side, cloned Pokémon are EXACTLY the same as the original one. You can't recognize which 'mon is cloned or not.

alright thanks my friend found his emerald and he was about to catch a mew and this was lost a long time ago so he wanted a shiny flawless one
he got it shiny once but when he found it not to be flawless he soft reseted

Shiny Flawless is 99.999% impossible without RNG.

And from what I heard, RNG-ing in Emerald is rather hard? Not sure about it, but I'm sure about the need to RNG.

from what i hear its not that hard, but the spreads are not as pretty as gen 5. If you want a shiny flawless pokemon in gen 3 i have heard you will have to wait about 2-3 months for the RNG to progress to that point (that is, if your game doesnt turn off and just runs non-stop the entire time) I was told that the spread Eppie used (31/30/31/9/30/31) appears after only 86 minutes (a lot better then 3 months if you ask me) but whether or not its shiny depends on your ID/SID combo, something that cannot be controlled for yet (to my knowledge). I

@deathtaker I would highly recommend that you friend just take the next shiny mew he gets as he will have a unique, legit shiny mew, something a lot harder to come by then a flawless mew. IMO, that would be the best thing to shoot for.
