If you want people's opinions on if a Pokemon is a hack then please don't get angry when it is offered then. Especially when it is explained why they feel such-and-such may be a hack as well. You're free to ignore advice but you don't need to start an argument or whatnot here out of it.

bad hack is bad. rain dish is squirtle's dw ability but since all dw starters are male you cannot breed their abillty plus it's from kanto and level 1 wartotle

Nature and gender also helps, PKTOPIA Magmortar has a fixed Modest Nature, and iirc is always female.
