if it was transferred using the right in-game feature i believe it could be used for Zoura in the same way as the other event Celebi's, so yes.

As long as it's in HGSS, it will say that it's from Johto even if it was chaught in Kanto.

the only way something will say it's from kanto is if you transferred it from FR/LG in 3rd gen. everything from HG/SS will say johto regardless of which region you catch it in.

It can say it's from Johto. The movie Celebi are also supposed to have a thing that says to take it somewhere provide they were transferred correctly, or aren't hacked.

Okay, I have a question about Ribbons. Since Pokemon from Pokecheck have Premier Ribbons on them, are they considered hacks (since the ribbon prevents you from using them in places such as the GTS)? In what instances are Premier Ribbons considered hacks, and in what cases are they considered legitimate?

I'm asking not because I want to download (or advocate downloading) Pokemon from Pokecheck, but because I want to know if Pokemon I get from trades are considered hacks or not if they have that ribbon on them. Thanks!

Premier Ribbons are considered hacks because you are adding a ribbon through an external / artificial device. Pokemon with the Ribbon should not be able to be traded on the GTS, so i'm not sure how you got them off there :/ ? But yeah, there fine for breeding and casual battles.

Premier ribbons are considered hacked in all circumstances. I have never seen an instance where they could be legitimate. The pokemon itself could be legitimate, but adding the ribbon through the external device makes it hacked. Hope this helps!

Yeah, that should be a Classic Ribbon (Blue Image). Those are put on Event pokemon intentionally to prevent trading them over the GTS. If it has a Classic (Blue) Ribbon, it is fine .

If you click it, it should say classic ribbon, which that event has. The gts doesn't allow pokemon with the classic or premier ribbon to be traded on it.

The anniversary events Mew and Mewtwo come with the premier ribbon.

Any event Pokemon downloaded off of Pokecheck won't have a ribbon added, regardless of what the original ribbon was. I haven't confirmed it for stuff like the TRU Regigigas or the Pktopia events that lack an even ribbon, so I don't know about those, but any other won't have one added.

edit: third gen events will have a ribbon added.

if both of those milotic say they are from sinnoh, they're hacked. cute charm is milotic DW ability, no way to get it from sinnoh. same with the bagon...

Oh dang, I'm going to double check game wise on the Milotic. I think that the person may have bred for it, as in got a baby Feebas. It looks like it was RNG'd stat wise though and maybe for shinyness. Don't mind it though .

Didn't know that it was a dw ability. I'll be keeping it, hackedness aside. Never got a dw Feebas.

As for the Bagon, oh well . Will be keeping it though, since those dang things are so hard to find.

Edit: Just checked out the event page, and it was (the Japanese one) from January 6th to February 5th of this year and the Pokémon could be obtained in Black and White. So in a way they could be gotten in Sinnoh. This one probably is a hack, but still... might double check the date when I get home to be sure.

Good hacks are one thing, but risky ones... heck no. -_-

Edit: Did a check on the Milotic on Pokécheck, and got a hit. Around 45 other Pokémon were made by the trainer (Touko). Don't mind though, since he/she seems to do an ok job.

ID of 00000 is a legit ID number. Granted, most pokemon with an ID of 00000 are hacked, but that in and of itself does not mean it is hacked.

As for a good hack/bad hack, a hack is a hack and you should just release them all...
