You can get a level 1 Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina from Cynthia in HG/SS if you go to the Ruins of Alph with a TRU Arceus.

edit: I put a Carracosta up for inspection on page 41.
No responces to it yet confirming wether it's legit or not.
Any one feel like checking it for me and sharing your thoughts?

I'd like to start breeding with it asap if it is legit so I can get the dex entry for Tirtouga.

I got a Reshiram in a trade over GTS for a Victini. I don't have my DS with me, but I can give a basic synopsis of it:
Level 55 (not sure what level it was caught at)
Not shiny.
Caught at N's castle.
Masterball
Really poor nature for Resh, IVs dont' seem great.
Caught on 1/1/00

So, obviously the last part is the most suspicious...it wasn't caught on that date, but its possible that this person's DS doesn't have the date setup correctly, perhaps purposely. What do you guys think?
