The problem I am having is that, when viewing the pokemon, where the CherishBall sprite is above the image of the pokemon, there is NO name. The same case with the OT. I was under the intention this was a Korean Pikachu Cafe Electivire. I have read in some places that Korean characters do not appear on Non-Korean games. Is this true? If so I have Korean Movie11 Shiny Hydreigon and Nintendo of Korea Manaphy. These names and OT's show fine. I also have a Korean Darkrai (ID 07038) with the same problem as Electivire. Can anyone shed light on this for me please? I'd appretiate it so much.
EDIT: I have checked ID no's and they seem to corrospond, along with natures and movesets of both Darkrai and Electivire... Help!
EDIT2: They both have gift ribbons aswell.

Are these on gen 4 or gen 5? If they are gen 5 they are hacked, but if they are gen 4 they may be okay. I got two Masuda Deoxys from a trade and suddenly I found out that

They have the Premier ribbon instead of the Classic ribbon? Then they're hacked, also Pokecheck doesn't add any GTS blocking ribbons to pokemon that already have ribbons that block them.

If the ones you saw on pokecheck were legit, then these are probably fine too as they were indeed most likely downloaded (the IVs are not flawless are they? If they are "random" IVs that match up perfectly than it is pretty much guaranteed that they were downloaded). If they are legal on pokecheck, then they seem to be fine. As for what this means, well that is up to you to decide. If you are unhappy trading away one of your pokemon for something you could have just downloaded yourself for free, then you might want to request a trade back. If you are content that it is probably legit and don't care that it is on pokecheck then just keep it. (And keep in mind too that there is no way, barring a confession, to know if the person you traded it from got it in a trade too or originally downloaded it themselves just to trade to you.)

You really don't know what trainer ID the Meganium has?
It looks fine but you gave that guy a hack, there was no event Porygon-Z. (The only event Porygon in existance was the DW password one but that's irrelevent).
