I doubt the this thing is legal, since it carries 6IVs on day one, but a second opinion would be appreciated.
I'm gonna be rash, think for yourself. 6IV and received on day one? Definite hack

I don't see anything wrong with it. Looks like a random shiny someone found. For the TMs the person probably wanted to use the Minun and taught it those moves but then decided they didn't want it.

Need a quick check on a Buneary I picked up via Wonder Trade. Normally I would have not given a crap but I saw it came in a Safari Ball (a quick check indicated that this Poke Ball was last used in Gen IV....)

Buneary was never available in any Safari Zone. If it was hatched from an egg then whether it should be considered hacked or not comes down to how you view illegal ball passing.

I checked the Sinnoh Safari Zone and had the same thought. Could you elaborate on your latter statement (in bolded)?

Here's an article on what I mean.

Basically it's a question of "do you consider the entire line of legally bred Pokémon with a normally illegal ball to be hacked because of a hacked/edited mother that was used somewhere in their lineage."

Hmm okay, that explains everything. Gonna be a tough call, but after looking into this further (cross checking egg moves, Safari Zone Pokemon that's out there, etc), my opinion is leaning towards the Buneary being a potential no-no because of the circumstances involved.

    Thanks for the insight!

I just got this off WT. I'm 99% sure it's legit, but I want to make sure, just in case.

    Pokemon Species: Phione
    Nickname: Phione
    OT: Oblivian
    ID No.: 59874
    Shiny?: No
    EV's (if known): None
IV's (if known): Outstanding potential overall, greatest in HP, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def
    Nature: Adamant
    Characteristic: Mischievous
    Ability: Hydration
    Moves: Bubble, Water Sport
    Level Caught At: 1 (Hatched)
    Current Level: 1
    Stats: 12/6/6/5/6/6
Location Caught: Hatched at the Battle Resort
    Egg?: Yes
    Pokeball Caught In: Regular Pokeball
Other Notes: Egg received and apparently hatched at 6/28/15. Also, no event ribbon. Not sure if that matters. Sorry if it seems like useless info. I'm not very savvy with these events heh.

I hear that Eppie's Mew is the "only legit" shiny Mew.

As for Timid shiny IV 31 all Mew, that's apparently "legal". I say it's up to you to decide. Because this is how you would get a Timid IV 31 all shiny Mew in Emerald (the only place to get it):
1: RNG the ID/SID so that the Timid IV 31 all frame turns shiny
2: Get to Faraway Island using the Old Sea Map that was only given away in Japanese games
3: Save in front of Mew after playing hide-and-seek
4: Soft reset and wait approximately 5.6 years with the game running, and then press A within the correct 1/60th second, + 1/30th second ish if you have Synchronize.

That shiny Timid IV 31 all Mew is most likely the result of an emulator RNG, as an emulator allows you to enter a cheat code allowing you to get to Mew in the first place, and then manually advance the frames (60 frames advance per second). And then use some sort of editing software or something to transfer the Mew from the emulator to the real games. So, is that "legit"? It apparently depends on your definition of "legit".

For the other Mews, I wouldn't know for sure. It depends on the exact IVs.

It's just a Phione. All you need is a Manaphy and a 6IV Ditto to breed out 3~6 IV Phione endlessly. And it's not shiny either, so it's most likely just a randomly bred Phione.
Trying to get back into the games, but not really finding a purpose.

I got one like this except the only differences are mine is modest and it had all the moves it was supposed to have. I don't know if mine is hacked or not but if I had to guess I'd say it is because the OT doesn't match the event serebii posted.

The Eppie Mew is from an emulator and warp code, but is otherwise perfectly fine as long as this one hasn't been edited in some other way.

The Gio Mew is hacked, the hidden data doesn't match what should actually happen.

The other 3 Mew appear to be hacked, there's no way to obtain any of them through SRing/lazy RNGing, and the IVs are all too terrible for any RNGer to put actual effort into obtaining them (there's also the fact you just admitted one of them was edited...)

Terrible hack, if you check the IVs and the first post in this thread you should know why.

Shiny Pokemon on a Pokeball is a rare thing...But I myself have a shiny Feebas that I caught myself in a Premier ball so this seems legal enough.

Some people request RNG abusers (like myself) to catch shiny Legendary Pokemon in various Pokeball types. For example, I've caught shiny IV 31 all Raikou in Moon Ball. I've caught Terrakion in a Luxury Ball before, which has the same catch rate as a Pokeball, so I wouldn't judge it as a hack, unless the ID and OT of the Terrakion is that of a known hacker.
Trying to get back into the games, but not really finding a purpose.

Very simple. Hack, the OT ID combination is very common on hacked pokemon

I'm not sure if this us the right place to ask, if not please delete, but I've been trying to find info on an OT trainer name "Alpha"
I can't remember why(I think my brother was trading on my game) but I have a lot of questionable looking pokemon with this OT from my HG game(a lot of which migrated up, a few didn't)
