Sorry if this has been asked before, but are there any cases at all where a hacked pokemon you got from the GTS will damage your game/save file in any way? And if so, is there any way to tell such a severely hacked pokemon before you accept the trade in GTS?

Hacked Pokemon shouldn't damage your game, though you may be prevented from using them over WiFi.

Aside from things like underlevelled Pokemon, there's unfortunately no way to tell whether or not a Pokemon is hacked until you trade for it.

all three COULD be legit. the level 100 part only means that that is the level it arrived at. as for dialga, move deleter explains lack of attacks

I never had a problem with breeding back when I was playing around with hacked pokemon. It could depend on how the pokemon was hacked, though.

I know that with Action Replay hacks on my old Pearl game, bad eggs would pop up during battles, or even if I made the opposing pokemon faint, it would disappear and I would need to keep battling.

Keep in mind that this was only happening while I had my AR activated.

**On a side note, I no longer use my AR to hack pokemon. I enjoy trying to fill my pokedex legally.

It is possible to get the Gracidea Flower using a hacked Shaymin. This one is definitely hacked, since Shaymin can't be obtained in Kanto.

While I agree that it looks hacked, would wouldn't a Shaymin picked up in Kanto on HG/SS say that it was obtained in Kanto? That wouldn't change the verdict of hacked though, as, according to the event database, the only Shaymin you could obtain directly in HG/SS came from Pokemon Ranger, which would be in a pokeball, not a cherish ball.

No, any Pokemon that was caught/obtained in HG/SS would say it was from Johto, regardless of whether it was caught in Johto or Kanto.
