I think you have to use the form in the OP to join.
A cloner is someone who makes exact copies of Pokemon. You can clone using AR, which can be considered "hacking". However, there are various other ways in previous generations to clone Pokemon through in-game glitches, which can be considered "legit".

Speaking of which, can anyone clone my shiny Rufflet? I need it cloned once to get 2 shiny Rufflets. You may keep a clone for yourself if you'd like (note that it's UT, but NN'd)
