Anyone want to trade me a pkmn carrying a Power Lens so I can EV train my Subway team without struggling for the 16 BPs? :P I sooo want to finish Frillish's SpA EVs tonight.

My question is simple and I will use example to explain it better.
I want to improve my Braviary's Speed Stats and I give it a Power Anklet. It's stats will just grow when the Pokemon levels up or just after it wins the battle, even if Braviary doesn't level up?

Hey all, I have a question about IV training/breeding. I know you can use power items to pass on IVs for one stat when breeding, but is there a way to get perfect IVs in every stat that doesn't rely on either hacking or random chance?
this is probably a good place to start: http://www.serebiiforums.com/showthr...on-Help-Thread
If you have more questions, I'm sure the people there can help you =)

So I'm trying to figure out how to get +10 or higher increases on a single stat with my Zekrom, I have the Power item that increases speed and it had the Pokerus (read somewhere that the symbol after the Pokerus disappears makes it so you cannot spread the Pokerus but the Pokemon that has the icon still has all the effects of the Pokerus). I've been battling a billion Basculin. Literally, Zekrom already had some EXP from previous battles but had 9000 something to go and am down to 2000 something. Will I likely get higher than a +3 or +4 in my Speed stat? Or am I doing things wrong lol.
Edit:
Example (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cvhGjyHO3s) <-He got a +69 increase, just wondering how to do that. And if I'm doing it right or what I need to do to do it right.

The way EV training works changed in Gen 5. In previous generations the EVs would be applied when the pokemon would level up, thus allowing the large increase. In this generation, the EVs are applied after every battle, so you only see the normal level ups now.

okay so my speed stat would change before the level up as well then or something? Cause after all the Basculin it's speed stat is still 235.

Just hatched a Phanpy with Ice Shard; as well as perfect IV's in Attack, Defense, and HP. Is it odd that it took me two tries to hatch one like this? It took me a while to get parents with the right IV's to breed for this Phanpy I just got, but I'm still amazed at how quick that was. Is this normal? I thought it would take days or something.

Should I EV train a new team for the battle subway or is it ok to use my unEV trained pokemon![]()

Haha, yeah just lucky, nearly the same thing happened when I was breeding for my Infernape except it was on my first egg!
If all you want to do is the regular singles or doubles than any old ones will be fine but as Larry said, you NEED EV and IV trained Pokemon to do well in the Super trains. Heck, even with just that you aren't necessarily going to do well. As my signature says I used a Gengar, Slowbro and Terrakion and they were all RNG abused and EV'd and I still only made it to 41 which, if you look at the Subway discussion thread, is very low.
Thanks for answering my question![]()
I have a question.
If I have beaten the Pokemon that I need to in order to gain my Attack EV for my Pokemon, but she's still just level 14. Do I still gain the additional stat gains? What I mean is, if I have gained all 255 EV points, do I still have to fight that Pokemon in order to keep gaining the Stat points until level 100? Can I go on fighting whatever Pokemon I please yet still gain the stats?
So I can take off the speed lowing band and go on with my training?
I hope so. I've been fighting those stupid Lillipup for so long.
