On my first runthrough, I really struggled with the elite 4, and ghetsis was practically impossible, but my pokemon were in the late 30's early 40's, because I didn't know the levels or anything...but now they're all really easy except for ghetsis' hydreigon obviously

I would say medium. The only problems I had were no healing items and crits from the other opponent, and never from me.

The E4 themselves were actually quite easy for me, it was only Ghetsis that really gave me problems. Really one strong dark type (for me, Krookodile) and you have half the E4 beat already (Caitlin and Shauntal).

I beat the Unova E4 with my lv 38 40 ish team. I found it harder than lance but easier than Cynthia.

After my most recent playthrough, the only one that posed a challenge was Caitlin. One missed move and her Reuniclus murdered my whole team. Fortunately, I had Shell Smash and tried again.

I had no problems with the Elite 4 during any of my playthroughs.

I've yet to attempt them again, though, but my team is at about the right level... I'm sure their updated teams might be a little trickier.

While I have of yet to go rematch them so I can battle Alder, when I went through the first time around, they were pretty challenging, but once I got my Pokémon up to a humble level for the League (about in their late 40s-early 50s), it wasn't too bad. The designs for their rooms are pretty neat, though, better than Sinnoh's for sure.

The first time, it was a little to easy for me, I like to train me pokemon hard.
But the second time, I had to train harder and harder because 70 leveled pokemon at the elite four is a good challenge !

this elite four was easy for me. I'd say I had more trouble with the elite four in D/P/Plt

I blew through it my first time because I had an EV trained haxours... I had my sister give me an axew early on in the game and EV trained it (because EV training was new to me at the time).

Man, did it make a hell of a difference....

Shadow claw/dragon claw/ EQ + mold breaker beats everything in the E4

Wasn't that hard to be honest, I had a much harder time in Platinum.

I though they were the easiest out of any game, especially since they're all at the same levels and only have 4 pokemon each.

In BW2, they were even easier. I hope X and Y have a challenging Elite 4.

The elite four in my opinion were embarassingly easy the first time round. If you prepare and have a pokemon pf a super effective type for each you are almost guaranteed victory. They got slightly more challenging the second time though.

1st time through my haxorus destroyed them all in one hit. only problem was ghetsis FRIKIN HYDREIGON WHO APPARENTLY KNOWS SURF AND FIRE BLAST. but the 2nd time was hard cuz they really didnt prepare you for lv 70s cuz after u beat ghetsis everything rises to level 68 XD

I don't overlevel my pokemon like most people here so it wasn't as easy. It was pretty average imo

They were definitely harder the second time though.

I pretty much destroyed them all in White using my Scrafty. It was almost too easy. I wouldve prefered a tougher fight. In Black it was kinda the same way but with Krookodile mostly.

I really struggled. Most of my team were low 40s though, and I haven't EV trained my team like some here (I don't even know if they have decent natures). I failed against the fighting Pokemon who knew rock moves but weren't rock typed. I had to quickly grind a psychic up from level 25 to 45. I easily caught Reshiram (in a pokeball no less) but then failed against Ghetsis' dragon Pokemon. My ice Pokemon is only level 41. So here I go with grinding that one up to a respectable level.
