After my most recent playthrough, the only one that posed a challenge was Caitlin. One missed move and her Reuniclus murdered my whole team. Fortunately, I had Shell Smash and tried again.

I had no problems with the Elite 4 during any of my playthroughs.

I've yet to attempt them again, though, but my team is at about the right level... I'm sure their updated teams might be a little trickier.

While I have of yet to go rematch them so I can battle Alder, when I went through the first time around, they were pretty challenging, but once I got my Pokémon up to a humble level for the League (about in their late 40s-early 50s), it wasn't too bad. The designs for their rooms are pretty neat, though, better than Sinnoh's for sure.

The first time, it was a little to easy for me, I like to train me pokemon hard.
But the second time, I had to train harder and harder because 70 leveled pokemon at the elite four is a good challenge !

this elite four was easy for me. I'd say I had more trouble with the elite four in D/P/Plt

I blew through it my first time because I had an EV trained haxours... I had my sister give me an axew early on in the game and EV trained it (because EV training was new to me at the time).

Man, did it make a hell of a difference....

I though they were the easiest out of any game, especially since they're all at the same levels and only have 4 pokemon each.

In BW2, they were even easier. I hope X and Y have a challenging Elite 4.

The elite four in my opinion were embarassingly easy the first time round. If you prepare and have a pokemon pf a super effective type for each you are almost guaranteed victory. They got slightly more challenging the second time though.

I don't overlevel my pokemon like most people here so it wasn't as easy. It was pretty average imo

They were definitely harder the second time though.

I pretty much destroyed them all in White using my Scrafty. It was almost too easy. I wouldve prefered a tougher fight. In Black it was kinda the same way but with Krookodile mostly.

I really struggled. Most of my team were low 40s though, and I haven't EV trained my team like some here (I don't even know if they have decent natures). I failed against the fighting Pokemon who knew rock moves but weren't rock typed. I had to quickly grind a psychic up from level 25 to 45. I easily caught Reshiram (in a pokeball no less) but then failed against Ghetsis' dragon Pokemon. My ice Pokemon is only level 41. So here I go with grinding that one up to a respectable level.

you can use a lvl.50 pokemon with ghost moves for three out of four of them. Then I suggest a psychich or flying type around that range for the last of them. Then for Adler, A mix of pokemon types is best at least lvl. 50 each.

sure. But I'd rather keep the game challenging by not levelling my Pokemon past their Pokemon. Unless you mean the second time through.

O.o Their pokemon are around that level all together and if they aren't close to that level then Alder (Or N and Ghetis) are very difficult. I must admit the battle with Ghetis forced me to switch to all legendaries. that was painful because I wanted to beat the elite 4 and the champion thing with a decent party of pokemon.

I managed to get through the Elite 4 with 45 lvl pokemon. I almost defeated Ghetsis but my ice Pokemon was only lvl 41. If I bump it up 5 to 10 levels (I'll try five and then continue grinding if necessary) I should be right.

I'm enjoying the challenge after the previous 2 gyms being cakewalks.

The fact that you could challenge them in whatever order you wanted to, meaning they are all the same levels, made it ridiculously easy. I beat them handily with a team of level 50s.

This E4 wasn't much of a challenge compared to FRLG's and HGSS's E4. It got a lot easier in BW2 due to the level cap.

They were really easy for me. I dunno why but of all the E4s in the series, Unova's was the easiest. Probably because I keep having my Pokes at really high levels at that time. They really should have like 5 or 6 Pokemon too and the fact they had like 4 made it even easier.

They are very easy if you can determine their types. You must have a balance team with a lot of different moves

The E4 was pretty easy in BW. I only had a few troubles with Caitlin because of my Emboar being part fighting type. Apart from that though it was alright. I kept getting beaten afterwards by Ghetis' Archeops though due to is rock-type moves.....
