I like using Quaggy , he is decent with Unaware and has that sweet smile.

I just wished more bug-steels like Escavelier and Durant got Superpower since they would be more used.

In my opinion, Scizor is pretty cool. As one of the first Steel types, he's pretty original.

Quagsire is the best wall that I use. If I can get three Stockpiles in, then it pretty much will take either a Critical Hit or a SE move to knock him out, still a strong move, though.

I just need to get him in the battle at the right time.

I disagree. They would not be more used because the reason people use Scizor is because of Technician Bullet Punch and how superior he is to Escavalier and Durant. He also gets U-Turn which the others do not.

Actually, Escavalier could run Choice Band sets better than Scizor because of his great bulk and higher attack stat, and Durant can set up better if he is facing someone he walls.

I totally agree! Once you conquer 5 kingdoms, you can use passwords to get new Pokemon - just so you know.

OK am i the only one who's super stoked that serperior finally gets dragon pulse in BW2?! I mean I've been vying for that move since serperior was revealed and now it finally gets it..with dragon pulse, it give the contrary set a lot more coverage with heatran being the only pokemon that can perfectly wall it since it can outspeed most of the pokes in OU...If it can get at least 2 leaf storms up with wise glagses held, it can probably sweep most of OU...conkeldurr, kingdra, gliscor, excadrill, jellicent gyarados, t-tar, slowbro, terrakion will all go down to a boosted leaf storm...and with its defenses, it can probably still take a hit from any of these pokes...dragons and infernape will all go down to d-pulse...except maybe multiscale d-nite...and hidden power fire will take care of ferrothorn...the only real problems I see are tornadus, heatran, volcarona and maybe chandelure...

Competitive pokemon battle story on Pokemon Online, couldn't find anywhere else to post it.

So I went on Pokemon Online out of boredom and went to find a battle. I was matched up with "Mecsnt". He re-organized his team so his Serperior went in, and my Feraligatr switched in to it. Naturally, I switched out and sent in my Nidoking, who had flamethrower. He OHKO'ed it and went ROFL, then I switched in my Aggron, who had Ice Beam, and used that against him. Serperior was frozen, and he laughed manically before saying F*** THOU (Yes, he used THOU instead of you) and I told him "umad?" He said yes before pussying out and forfeiting against me.

Sure you need skill to do a certain amount of things, but you can't expect to be in total control constantly and have a hissy fit if one thing goes wrong

Sure you need skill to do a certain amount of things, but you can't expect to be in total control constantly and have a hissy fit if one thing goes wrong

Hold on, I didn't lose. My opponent forfeited against me, so you could say I won, but in reality there was no real outcome.

And of course it's luck and skill combined. I must admit, though, I'm really poor at competitive battling and I've never won against anybody in my entire life. I always lose. But that's just me having not been educated by Smogon.

Forretress is a terrible wall. Anyone who uses it like that is usually using it incorrectly. It's support, not a wall. There is difference. Walls swap in on things and take them down, while preventing enemies from sweeping your teams, sometimes with support. A support pokemon is purely support. Forretress sets up hazards and rapid spins, but besides that, it's useless, and fails badly at stopping pokemon from sweeping your team.

You are right on with Ferrothorn, though. It easily walls almost every Electric or Water types. In the rain, it also handles the Latis with T-wave. Part of what makes it so good is it's ability to do decent damage as well, thanks to it's decent attack stat.

I know...that's why I said I understand if it's the only reason you lost...and no it wasn't understandable in his case since he was in no danger of losing at all...I mean seriously, he was winning 6-5! The game pretty much just started
