I'm hunting for Feebas in Emerald right now. It's a massive pain. I've only covered about 1/5 of the route. I think I might finish searching here, and then change the trending phrase in Dewford. Ideas?

Coronet is 1/172.666, multiplied by a 35% (7/20) chance of encounter. (1/172.666) * (7/20) = 7/3453.333. Multiply this by 24/4,294,967,296 = 168/14,831,953,728,853.333.

LOL! Well, with breeding the chances are around 100,000, depending on the IV spread (with near-perfect parents). I don't know what the wild rate would be. . . OVER 9,000! to say the least.

I know this is sort of off-topic, but I strongly agree with you. Most people make thier own decisions to choose whatever pokemon to control, not just listening to some Smogon with imaginary tiers. And besides, if someone think it's ok to tell people what to control and not to control but instead, they make their own choice of choosing any pokemon, then that means they're a bunch of hypocrites who obviously don't have lives. I know some people here convinced me to listen to Smogon for the past few years, but I'm not going to let some trolls take advantage of my lifestyle controlling pokemon.

I get fed up of the Smogon bashing on here. Smogon don't force their opinions on anyone. They make tiers/banlists in what they consider the most reasonable and unbiased, not to mention democratic way, and it just happens that because they're so good at it most competitive battlers listen to them and follow their rules. Smogon is not one hive mind tyrant forcing anyone to do anything.

I love Milotic XD It's in my top 10 water types for sure. It was my 2nd best Contest Pokemon after Glaceon, and it's an awesome battling Pokemon despite it's somewhat shallow movepool..The coloration is nice too..Some of it's cards make it look especially beautiful imo 8D
