Mixed Tyranitar with Dragon Tail, Stealth Rock, Crunch and Fire Blast can sort of be considered a lead. It works quite well alongside Golurk.

Dedicated leads are dead. When you build a team, you just build a solid team and then lead with whatever seems like it would give you the best advantage at the beginning of the match.
