Vullaby's poop is acidic. When it evolves, it bends the skull into the belt it wears.

I think its species, DNA, is a clue.

Perhaps evolutionary stones cause certain pokemon to evolve because the stones release some kind of energy- maybe radioactive or electrical waves- and when certain pokemon come in contact with these radioactive/electrical waves, they under go a cellular re-construction, like eevee and pikachu.

Simipour squirts water from its tail to give nutrients to plants. Probably urine, a substance that has leftover nutrients that can feed plants.

Also, I believe somebody said something about evolutionary stones and how they work. I've heard a theory that exposing the radiation to the Pokemon causes evolution.

GenosectArseus, your theory is simply genius (first page).
actually a fossil is indeed a rock...after years of compression, the calcium of animal bones and shells (or of plant fibers) are replaced with other minerals essentially having rocks replace the biological material to create a lasting imprint...

Hmmm... ADULT POKEDEX: Urine KID POKEDEX: Water :3

I just don't understand how such a large Pokemon can fit into such a small Pokeball.
Ok, just to clear this up. When a Pokemon is taken back, it transforms it into a laser, OR, it rearranges its atomic compisition into pure energy, which means it is weightless. When it is released the energy gets rearranged into atoms forming the structure of the Pokemon. That is why when they are released out of the Poke ball, a beam of light comes out, it takes the shape of the Pokemon, then the pure energy turns into the atomic structure :3 END OF STORY.

I google'd the topic of Pokemon anatomy, and nothing came up, so I'll make a conversation. We'll just discuss and theorize Pokemon anatomy. You can ask questions or post diagrams you find. What I want to know is how Deoxys transforms.
Deoxys's name comes from Deoxyribonucleic acid OR DNA. It transforms by rearranging it's DNA structure, as it is seen in the movie, and in the games, it seems that the space virus that Deoxys originates from seems to have this effect.

Perhaps evolutionary stones cause certain pokemon to evolve because the stones release some kind of energy- maybe radioactive or electrical waves- and when certain pokemon come in contact with these radioactive/electrical waves, they under go a cellular re-construction, like eevee and pikachu.
    Answer: (Bulbapedia)
An evolutionary stone (Japanese: 進化の石 Evolution stone) is a stone-like item that radiates a mysterious energy that causes some species of Pokémon to evolve.
MYSTERIOUS ENERGY. If it was radio-active, humans would get sick just holding it, if it was electrical, how would any other Pokemon except for ones by ThunderStone evolve by stones?

The most sensible explanation that i think of is that wailord and the smaller pokemon dont actually perform the act of mating but the female deposits the egg and the male's sperms fertilize it

Even though it has two giant cannons on its back, which are clearly made of some sort of metal..... Why was Blastoise never catagorized as a steel type as well during gen 2 and so on???????

Just because one part of it is metal does not justify the whole Pokemon being clarified as such.

I never understood where exactly is the metal in lucario >_<. as for the blastoise thing, you're right, it should be metal type

either way, the kids at the day care shouldn't be exposed to that...

does anyone know if the spoons in alakazam's hand are actually part of it?

the Item twistedspoon suggests otherwise, and I don't see how every single alakazam would randomly find a spoon right when it is evolving...

And flying Pikachu is a glitch, made when a hacked Mushoroark meets a Missigno (the only pokemon that is not a Mushoroark).
Also, when Missigno evolves into Kangashan, its becoming a Mushoroark.

And this is all a scheme by Ghetis to spy on N , because the only things he had with him in his castle were pokemon, and the Mushoroarks were actually paid by the Shadow Trio to spy onN so that they could tell Ghetis and get all the credit.

But the Shadow Trio are actually the evolved forms of Missigno, and are Mushoroarks that learn Shadow Force and Teleport (and water gun and Sky Attack).

Oh and also N is a girl and all of the seven sages are mushoroarks. And all Plasma Grunts are Mushoruas.

    My finger hurts now.
    That's complety illogical.

Everybody knows all Missingnos know 2 Watter guns, thus giving the shadow trio, 6 water guns, enough to flood all of Unova. Obviously an evil plot planned by Archie who is a *shocked Face* Mushoroark.

Theoretically, In order for garchomps and pidgeots to fly at the speed of sound, (Let's include sonic the hedgehog into this to...) they need to consume over 5 1/2 MILLION calories a day!

Well, all those are part of how they attack, which probably has something to do with it. It looks like almost all steel types either use the metal part of the body to attack or are covered/made of metal. Lucario and possibly Jirachi are the exceptions, but we are talking about Game Freak here. It doesn't always make sense.

I bet Pidgeot gets those calories from eating Magikarp!

    JURASSIC PARK FOREVAH!

    Let me explain.

In the book by Michael Chrichton (Not so much the movie), the head scientist Henry Wu pieced together bits of fossil DNA that he extracted from bone marrow, which contained blood cells. Dinosaurs have nucleated blood cells, unlike reptiles and yes like birds, which means that DNA could be extracted from those fossils. He used amber with insects in it that contained preserved dino blood, but the concept was the same.

Since, over time, DNA breaks down, Dr. Wu used overlapping stretches of DNA to fill in the blanks, so to speak, and clone the dinosaur. That's my theory, but the actual thing does not work as fast as "ZOMG it's a level 20 turtle!" By all rights, it should hatch from an Egg. Eggs are a completely different subject.

Hmm...what if all Pokemon of the same breeding group were classified by the structure of the sperm? Because a female will always breed an Egg of the same species, meaning each ovum must be classified by species. However, for males it's a puzzle. Perhaps there's a Pokemon gamete that works with all of the females in a specific Egg Group. Ditto stumps me, though...
