How does this look for a Bronzong set?

    Bronzong @Leftovers
    Relaxed
    Levitate
    252 HP, 128 Def, 128 Atk

    Iron Defense
    Gyro Ball
    Earthquake
    Substitute

A nice physical wall. Iron Defense is there to take its good Defense even higher. Paired with Substitute, it can hold its own for a good while. Gyro Ball works with its Speed-lowering nature to do some nice STAB damage. Earthquake is there for the Fire types and other types that Gyro Ball can't hit. Relaxed helps to max out its Defense, and Leftovers keeps a steady source of recovery.

Why only 1 Blaziken moveset? Try this instead.

    Blaziken@Leftovers
    EV's : 252 Attack 252 Speed 4 Def
    Adamant or Jolly nature.
    Speed Boost
    -Flare Blitz
    -Hi Jump Kick
    -Brave Bird
    -Night Slash

Wohoo, A only attacking set. If you would mix this set with Life Orb, It will crush anything. Flare Blitz and Hi Jump Kick for stab and awesome base power. Brave bird is an other move who will hit hard. And nightslash for coverage, nothing more to say about it.

    It looks like...
    Typhlosion @ Life Orb
    Quirky / Blaze
    -Eruptoin
    -Flamethrower
    -Extrasensory
    -Protect
Timid nature. Give it Focus Blast over Protect as that is you're only chance at handling Rock types apart from Earthquake.

    1. Speed Boost, Swords Dance and Hi Jump Kick with 130 power + STAB hurts. As does Flare Blitz.
    2. Protect stalls a turn so Speed Boost activates. I prefer Swords Dance as it pretty much makes Blaziken unstoppable.
    3. Yep, he's serious: Speed Boost Blaziken got banned to Ubers.

Now for the Blaziken, Brave Bird only covers Fighting types (because of Flare Blitz) which mostly wimper at the sight of a Hi Jump Kick heading their way.
Stone Edge to counter the Flying types. Night Slash only really covers Jellicent and Solrock because Flare Blitz is that powerful, so that leads in a big loop right round to Swords Dance. Which is the set in the OP...

Are you being snarky? He's right, Brave Bird and Night Slash are pretty much useless on that set.

After a long while of breeding I just hatched a Calm Frillish with perfect IVs in HP, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense. It has Cursed Body, but I'm okay with that even though I was trying for Water Absorb.

Good sets for Calm Jellicent? I have a vague idea, at least...

    Jellicent @ Leftovers
    Calm
    Cursed Body
    EVs: 252 HP / ???
    - Recover
    - Scald
    - Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
    - Taunt/Toxic

I'm most concerned about the EVs. I see a lot of EV spreads that favor putting about 100 in Speed. Just wondering how viable that is...and if it's better to have more EVs in Defense or Special Defense.

^ Psyshock is far better than Psychic, as it allows him to
hit a PKMN's physical defense. Aura Sphere should go in
    the last slot.

Volcarona wants Hurricane in the last slot, HP [Ice] is a
    decent option as well.

    Not sure about Hydreigon...

Next time, please keep it to 2 PKMN, it is in the rules...

    hey guys,

i'm about to *finally* start playing my White game, and need some advice on moveset for my starter. Which of these looks better?

    Serperior (Timid)
    252 Spd, 200 SpAtk, 56 HP
    -
    Lead Storm/Energy Ball
    Leech Seed
    Toxic
    Calm Mind/Reflect/Light Screen/Wring Out

(basically leech/toxic to wear em down and annoy, grass sp attk, and last move either bulking up, team screening, or maybe experiment w/ wring out)

    OR

    Serperior (Hasty/Naive)
    252 Spd, 128 SpAtk, 128 Attk
    -
    Lead Storm/Energy Ball
    Leech Seed
    Growth/Toxic
    Dragon Tail

(So, sp attack with grass, get rid of things it cant hit/dangerous dragons, or use as a strategy to seed a whole team w/ dragon tail, seed for recovery/wearing down, and either raise offense with growth or annoy more with toxic)
    Bonkers

    • Mewtwo @ Life Orb
    • Pressure
    • Timid
    • 252 Spd/252 Spatk/4 Hp
    - Psystrike
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Aura Sphere/Flamethrower

Even better than Psychic or Psyshock, Psystrike is essentially a Psyshock with 100 power. Boltbeam for coverage.
Aura Sphere/Flamethrower cover Steels and Dark or Bug respectively.

There's two Hydreigon sets in the first post, although the Choice Specs Hydreigon should be Timid rather than Modest.

    Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet

    Default IV or EV Tyranitar?

So, I have to choose between 2 tyranitars i can make. The first one is one that can take hits, the second one is a typical physical sweeper. What do I want to ask, well are the movepools good and which one is in your opinion the best one to take?

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers
    • Sandstorm
    • Brave att+/speed-
    • EVs HP 252 Attack 252 Sp.Def 4 with 31 IV in Sp. Def (superior/can't be better)
    - Earthquacke
    - Payback
    - Dragon Tail
    - Stone Edge

So i made up this mathematic system for base statt, don't know if it's right:
I tought i had read somewhere that EV's are effected by nature and IV's don't:
    Base stat tyranitar attack: 134 + 63 EV = 199 + 10%(nature) = 218.9
    Base stat tyranitar hp: 100 + 63 EV = 163

Tyranitar @ don't know what to take?
    • Ability sandstorm
    • Lonely Att+/Def- but has an extra 26 IV in attack (above average/fantastic)
    • EVs Speed 252 Attack 252 Sp.Def 4
    - Dragon Dance
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquacke

So i made up this mathematic system for base statt, don't know if it's right:
I tought i had read somewhere that EV's are effected by nature and IV's don't:
    Base stat tyranitar attack: 134 + 63 EV = 199 + 10%(nature) = 218.9 + 26 IV = 244.9?
    Base stat tyranitar speed: 61 + 63 EV = 124 + 24 IV = 148?

^ Neither IV's nor EV's are affected by nature, stats are however.

The first one is ok, as long as you have some entry hazards to
abuse Dragon Tail. You always want to max HP before touching
the defenses though. A Careful/Sassy nature is decent there, with
    max HP and SpD.

Jolly would be your best nature for the 2nd one, but other than
that, it looks like it's your best bet.

    • Swampert @ Leftovers/Life Orb
    • Torrent
    • Quiet
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam/Protect
    - Earthquake
    - Yawn/Toxic/Return

Thought there should be a Mixpert in the OP:
Surf and EQ for STAb. Ice Beam for Grass types.
Yawn can put stuff to sleep. Toxic is another status Swampert can use. Protect can also be used over Ice Beam to stall.
    Return for Water-Normal coverage.

    • Sceptile @ Leftovers
    • Overgrow
    Adamant
    • 252 Atk/182 Spd/64 HP
    - Swords Dance
    - Leaf Blade
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake

SD to aid setup. Leaf Blade for STAB. QuakeSlide for coverage.
Assuming perfect IVs, the Speed EVs get him past +natured Base 130s with 4 Spd. The rest is dumped into Hp.

regarding Sceptile, I prefer going Adamant to boost its Attack even further, and give it more Speed EVs instead.

Mainly because due to its base stats - it needs Attack boost more than the Speed boost.

    Haxorus@ leftovers
    Adamant
    Rivalry
    EQ
    Brick Break
    Swords Dance
Dragon Claw (will be replaced with Outrage when it levels up)

Swords dance for even higher attack then adamant gives it,
Brick Break for coverage on ice types, Outrage for S.T.A.B, and EQ for those
eletrics, will most likely replace EQ with rock slide though.

My best Pokemon for Skill: Ferrothorn

    Ferrothorn/Male/ Level 70
    Ability:Iron Barb
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Moveset:
    Bulldoze
    Poison Jab
    Power Whip
    Grass Knot

    - Since Ferrothorn's ability is Iron Barb (opponent gets damaged if they used a physical attack move), I gave it the Rocky Helmet to double that damage. I allowed it to learn Bulldoze, just in case it runs into a Fire Type (it's very defensive, so a single fire type move shouldn't really be able to knock it out in 1 hit). I also let it learn Poison Jab, just in case it runs into another grass type. I'm planning to replace Grass Knot for flash cannon. Or just keep Grass Knot.

    Thanks for viewing~

    1. Outrage's confusion will kill itself, taking time to heal it means free hit for the opponent, using berry....well, let's see how many Persim/Lum Berry you can get.

    2. EQ is one of its strongest attack, why replacing it?

    3. Outrage locks you up into using only a move....which is why it's better on a Choice Band set.

    Haxorus @ Leftovers
    Adamant/Jolly Nature, Mold Breaker ability
    ~Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    ~Dragon Claw
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rock Slide

is the usual sweeping set. Adamant with Dragon Dance, Jolly with Swords Dance.
Mold Breaker is way better than Rivalry, because Rivalry actually reduce Attack when the opponent's gender is the opposite one.
And in many cases, negating opponent's Ability is very handy and may change the result of the battle.

Haxorus should always have Mold Breaker as his ability. Rivalry is too unreliable and having the ability to hit stuff like Bronzong with Earthquake who is otherwise immune to it if it has Levitate is too good to pass up. Also, Dragon Dance is generally better than Swords Dance for Haxorus in terms of sweeping. Swords Dance Haxorus may pack a f**kload of power (+2 Life Orb Outrage can 2HKO even the Physically Defensive Steels that resist it), but its Speed while not terrible is somewhat of a weak point that Dragon Dance fixes up. If you insist on using Swords Dance, your main Attacks should be Outrage and Earthquake as well as a filler of some sort because at +2, Haxorus can OHKO or 2HKO just about anything in the game just between those Attacks. Outrage's confusion limits his staying power but Swords Dance Haxorus is a wallbreaker. Not so much a sweeper like Dragon Dance Haxorus. Life Orb should also be the hold item. With Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake and Rock Slide or X-Scissor work best for attacks ingame. Brick Break has limited use as Earthquake hits just about everything Brick Break hits but harder in most instances.
Don't judge me or my life choices unless you know and understand the reasons behind them.

Here's a decent Crustle set I've Been using.

    Crustle @ Leftovers
    • Sturdy
    • Careful
    • 252 SpD/252 HP/6 Atk
    - Curse
    - Rock Blast
    - Earthquake
    - Substitute/X-Scissor

Simple Curse set, but boosted STAB Rock Blast is fun to
abuse. EQ is for coverage and the last slot is down to
another reliable STAB or hax protection.
