I dont have a problem with that living in Boston :]

NCAAF wise i pick a team for the season and this season it was Baylor.

Got some huge games this week.

SEA - SF: Must win for the 49ers, otherwise they'll be tied with the Cardinals (If they win vs. STL). Seattle can clinch the division with a win here.

IND - CIN: Game of the week, in my opinion. Colts clinch the NFC South with a win here, but don't sleep on the Bengals defense.

CAR - NO: Another huge one. Whoever wins this one wins the NFC South, imo. Again, Carolinas stingy defense could provide a challenge.

I dunno about that, the Lions can't hold onto the ball to save their lives today lol.

    I blame the snow.

EDIT: And there you have it. Nick Foles intercepted the ball.

Punt return for a touchdown! Touchdown Jeremy Ross! Touchdown Lions!!!!

    Lions up 14-0!

Edit: Lions failed the 2pt conversion but oh well i'll take a 14-0 lead! Especially in this terrible weather. Btw, I called it! Foles threw his 1st interception!

And the fact the Lions fumbled the ball 6 times in the first 18 minutes i'll definitely accept a 14-0 lead.....

well the Browns are surprisingly beating the Patriots, but I don't know how much longer it will last

Packers also faced an early deficit but are coming back slowly

That was an impressive drive by the refs to tie the game.

Aaaand Detroit's defense has collapsed. Game over. GG Eagles.

I don't care though. I said I fully expected the Lions to lose this one and win out after that.

The NFL is pretty much a flag football league nowadays how sad....

I actually expected the Lions to possibly win today, and i'm not giving up on them yet, but with the way the defense is playing things aren't looking good. It's also clear as day that the officials want the Eagles to win this game. Call me a sore loser, or whatever insult you want, but before you do watch the frickin game! The refs owe the Lions 8 points IMO. What a crock of s**t.

I'm not surprised. The media and refs hate Detroit.

Take back what I said about my predictions. Lions lose to the Ravens next week, too, because they're incapable of beating a team with a record over .500 not named the Bears without getting lucky. And they had their luck in the Dallas game.

9-7 still wins the North, though.

How many more times do we need to watch the Lions get out played and out coached in a football game?

They're getting outplayed because of the weather. Yes, I'm going to be that person. The Eagles are used to weather like this. The Lions are not. Doesn't help that the Lions are a passing team, and Reggie Bush got hurt before the game.

This game was lost before it even began.

    Meh.

7 sacks for the Bucs today

We are going to win a game with -7 yards in a half. lol

I'd like to thank Cleveland for releasing Bobby Rainey guy has been a very good back for the Bucs

At the end of the day, the Lions may miss the playoffs if they keep losing, and Schwartz and his staff may lose their jobs because they never could game plan, or get their team to play four quarters of football. To watch the Bears and Packers lose their quarterbacks and still be in the hunt for the division proves my point.

I agree that the weather DID play a factor in the game today, but you still gotta play the game. The Eagles were just better today. I thought the refs were favoring the Eagles, but the Lions were outplayed. McCoy getting a 20 yard run or more is the defenses fault. McCoy having over 200 yards rushing is the defenses fault. Reggie being in however, would've helped the Lions out on offense, but it is what it is. You still gotta play the game. Just another Lions loss. I'm no Nostradamus, but they will probably lose to the Ravens next week as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lions took a big lead in that game, then decide to selfdestruct. This crap gets old after a while. Yes guys i'm frustrated.

Then it's a win-win for you, isn't it? If they make the playoffs, it's good no matter what. If they lose out and miss the playoffs, then Schwartz and co. get fired, and maybe somebody else will be able to take them farther. But I still think nobody worth a crap wants to coach the Lions because of their history, so even if they get a new coach, it will probably be some nobody with no coaching experience a la Schwartz rather than Jon Gruden or whoever Lions fans want.

They were outplayed in the second half, not the entire way through.

And I don't know what to think about the Ravens game. The Ravens are only 1-5 on the road this year, we're playing in a domed stadium so no more playing in crappy weather, their offense isn't nearly as potent as the Eagles, and even though their defense is good, it's not like the Lions haven't played any teams with good defense this year. I'm not going to make any predictions, but all hope is not lost.

And yes, I realize an elite team would be blowing the NFC North out of the water. That's the thing: the Lions are a good team, above-average team, but they're not an elite team (yet). They're just getting lucky with the NFC North being all banged up right now. If Aaron Rodgers wasn't hurt, they'd probably be eliminated from the playoffs by now.

We just need to root for the Cowboys to win their next two games.

Well the Browns are proving why they aren't my primary NFL team. I can tell you that contact was incidental.
