Lol I don't want that to happen, something like that could be a huge blow to the Packers.

Sure. He's still irrelevant for the rest of the year since the Rams themselves are irrelevant.

Anything less than 14-2 would be disappointing for us. At San Diego and at Detroit on Thanksgiving could be tough, but we SHOULD not lose a game outside of that. I realize this is the NFL and parity is the name of the game, but the Packers have looked nearly unbeatable thus far, and that defense is slowly returning to form. Obviously too early to begin any discussion of 16-0, but don't tell that to Jemele Hill...

I'm drinking the 16-0 kool-aid if they can get past the Lions quite honestly. Of course, they don't want to peak too early and get eliminated quickly from the playoffs but their schedule looks so easy.

Does anyone else think that the Raiders gave up too much for Palmer?

Two first round picks for a QB that hasn't played a down since last year? Desperate times call for desperate measures. This will either be a great move that wins them the division, or (more likely in my opinion) another Raiders investment that goes awry. I like Carson, so I hope he does well, but I'd bet his best days are behind him.

Come talk to me when you're 6-0. Or at least when you lead your division.

I am not, but back when I was a little kid I haphazardly chose the Packers as my NFL team. So I've been bandwagoning for 10-15 years.

Totally. I might say it's a very 'Al Davis' move if he was still around. It would seem to imply they've got no faith in any of their current quarterbacks (not that I blame them)- you don't give a first and second round pick for someone that's going to be a backup or only be around for one year.
I'm looking for a Serperior named Serpedera. It'll be at lvl 98 or above. If you happen to have such a pokemon please PM me.

I don't think the Lions can beat the Packers, the Packers are a better team. It would have been interesting if both teams were undefeated by the time they played each other.

Not always, though they do win a majority of the time.

Not necessarily. The Packers won the Super Bowl last year with half of their week 1 starters on IR. They even lost Charles Woodson halfway through the game.

While the beter team usually wins, "any given Sunday" still applies. You just got to play every opponent like you're going to be eliminated from the playoffs.

It's been reported that he's going to start on Sunday. He's probably going to be their long-term QB considering what they gave up for him.
