I have a feeling they will get destroyed by the Cowboy's running game.

Brees and the Saints offense did play a large part in the victory, but there is no way it would have been such a blowout if the Colts didn't suck this year.

This year its all about Brady and Rodgers while Brees gets overlooked.
The colts honestly are that bad. Putting 60 on them is not extremely impressive.

I'd have to strongly disagree. When was the last NFL game you recall a team breaking 50, let alone 60? Before that game the Colts had yet to give up 35 or more points, so it's not like the Colts are some high school getting annihilated every week. Yes, it is impressive; give credit when due, even if they are leading your division.

West Virginia to the Big 12 pretty soon. I wish these moves could all be done already. Seeing who's going to be left out is going to be so exciting.

The Colts and Dolphins are essentially high school teams at this point. The only difference is that they're getting paid to play.

At this point LSU could beat the colts and the dolphins. Talk about team with no motivation whatsoever.

They do have motivation: the Andrew Luck sweepstakes!

You do realize Miami was winning against the Broncos for most of the game though, right?

As an Eagles fan, it sucks to say this... I'm fully expecting for Philadelphia to lose.

Would Andrew Luck even be that important for the Colts? I know Peyton Manning is getting older, but I don't expect him to be replaced anytime soon. I guess having Andrew Luck would be helpful, but I just think the Dolphins would benefit more from Andrew Luck.

It can't hurt (well then again he could be Ryan Leaf reincarnate). The Packers spent a 1st round on Aaron Rogers when Brett Favre still had 5 years left, let him learn for a few seasons, then he inherited the starting role. Compare that to Alex Smith, the 2005 overall pick for the 49ers, who was thrown to the wolves immediately and is now a mediocre starting QB. Steve Young and Joe Montana had a similar experience.

However, I do have to say that the Colts should focus harder on their defense for the draft (although Manning does need a heir apparent). Which is why if I was the Panthers I would have not drafted Cam (even with his immediate flash), because their team has holes at several non-skilled positions. I would have probably traded down in the hope of picking up two early-round studs instead of one.

I have no idea what you just said.

If I were the panthers, I would yeah would of traded away my 2nd round pick and some OK backup Nosetackle or something. For sure I'd draft Newton, he's a stud, but then with that other pick I'd get some awesome defensive player.

For the 1st overall pick you would definitely be able to get two first-rounds back. Not sure where it is, but Mel Kiper Jr. someone once made a chart making values for each pick (probably based on past performance and such) to find the fair value in trading uneven number of picks.

I'm hearing talk the Big East is supposedly trying to join up with the Mountain West and Conf. USA to form a giant football conference. I'm not quite following that, though; the Big East is going to make itself better by teaming up with to conferences that aren't good enough to be BCS qualifier already?

Also, still sad MU is going to the SEC (apparently). Still have no idea why they'd want to.
I'm looking for a Serperior named Serpedera. It'll be at lvl 98 or above. If you happen to have such a pokemon please PM me.

    MU will get better someday.

As for the Big East news, they're not going to save themselves. There are no teams in any of tose conferences that people want to watch sadly.
