Hey, Metalhead, about the Butterfree I gave you, it must solo 2 Bug catchers to evolve once and may freely evolve to Butterfree. Must also always keep Supersonic once learnt.

Charizard71,
take a Houndour that must take part in beating Lovrina and stay in battle the whole time without dying.
He must also always keep Bite once learnt and may only be replaced by Crunch.

I have just started up the game, even though I'm waiting on a nickname for Kingler. When I have evolution restrictions, do I have to do perform that criteria to level up and evolve? As in defeating 5 grass types in a single match, leveling up Wartortle and evolving straight away after the match?

take a Growlithe that must OHKO a water type to evolve name it PuPPy DouG

Charizard, you get a Ralts. Feeling lazy so no restrictions.

Charizard, go ahead and snag the Shadow Pineco. Since it evolves somewhat late and has a bad moveset in gen 3, no restrictions.

Story so far:
I started up in Pallet Town. Went to Professor Oak's lab to pick up Mastodon the Squirtle. Beat Green's puny Bulbasaur pretty easily. Grinded wild pokemon until level 15 on route 1 and 22.
Met Green and beat him once again, leveling up my Mastodon and evolving him into a Wartortle. Also picked up Useless the Spearow to trade for a Farfetch'd. Went through Viridian forest,
capturing Storm the Pikachu as I went along. Challenged Brock for the Boulderbadge; Mastodon OHKO'd every Pokémon within. Just received some running shoes that my mum sent for me,
making me reach Mt. Moon.

Update:

Finally made it through Mt. Moon. Green showed up with his usual cocky attitude, but was put to silence when my overleveled party of two beat him. Beat Misty's Staryu with Storm, but her
Starmie gave her a good beating. Mastodon won the match one turn after by biting Starmie. I ran south to Vermillion city, trading Useless the Spearow for Ch'Ding the Farfetch'd. Since then,
I've been grinding bug trainers to level up Ch'Ding.

Charizard71, take the Zangoose. It can be purified only after you have defeated Gorigan.

Xezos, take a Shedinja. It needs to use Grudge against at least two of the Elite 4.

Xezos, have a Spoink. It must be taught Shock Wave using the TM from Wattson, which can then only be replaced by Thunderbolt, also using a TM from Wattson. Once it knows Thunderbolt, it must keep the move forever. In order to evolve, it must defeat a Gym Leader's Pokèmon while being at least two levels below it.
(Not necessarily solo it; it just has to deal the final blow.)
(And don't worry about trying to keep it low-leveled enough to do this-- unless you level grind beforehand, Norman will probably have a good 2-3 levels over most of your party. At least, that's what happened to me.)

Hey guys I'd like to start an Emerald and FireRed Scramble Challenge. So here goes I guess.

The only restrictions I have is that I want a Dragon type (or Dragon-like Pokemon ie Aerodactyl/Gyarados etc) in my team (every team I ever have done has had one), and that I will have HM slaves. Anything else at all, go for it!

For Fire Red you must catch a Male Nidoran on Route 3, you must evolve him into a Nidorino once you reach Mt. Moon, and once you recieve the Moon stone within he must be evolved into Nidoking.

For Emerald you must catch a Aron, he can evolve at level 34 once learning Protect(must be kept as a move forever). Once a Lairon he can evolve at level 45 once learning Metal Sound(must be kept as a move forever).

These are the pokemon I present to you and the challenges that come with them.

Mr. Krazy, in FireRed you will purchase the Dratini from the Game Corner Prize Room. Name it BINGO!, and you must get it before you finish the Rocket Hideout beneath the Game Corner.

In Emerald, you are to take a Gyarados. Name it Mr. Fish. It must keep Splash until it is able to learn Hyper Beam, which will then replace Splash.

For Fire Red, take a Hitmonchan which must always know the 3 Elemental Punches.

Btw, I'd like to start a Pokemon Fire Red challenge. The restrictions are:

- No trades (no Alakazam, Gengar, etc...)
- Start with Charmander

You shall catch a Diglett, in order to evolve him/her it must battle up against a grass pokemon and a water Pokemon at least once before evolving.
