-Vulpix - Ninetails Must solo Juan's kingdra to evolve.
-Poochyena - Tei be the fifth one a catch
-Torchic - Moegami. Must beat 10 water types to evolve once. if said water pokemon have an evolution must beat ten of those two.
-Eletricke - Amaterasu . Must always know Sunny day Must beat I this order. Bug. Numel/camelrupt. dragon. Poison. Vulpix/ninetails. Dragon. Two skarmory. Dark.

Take a Zigzagoon named Kasugami. It's always dizzy and must take a rest, so it must learn and keep the move Rest.Can't evolve until learning Flail, as only that can cure it's drunkenness.

Alright, 10151993, you aren't exactly getting new suggestions very fast, and I bet you're ready to hurry up and start this thing already, so I'll give you another Pokèmon.
Have a Psyduck named Waka(Because you still need a surfer, and I couldn't think of any Water-types in Hoenn that actually fit him :V ). I'm feeling lazy and also generous, so no restrictions, hehehe.

Take a Voltorb named Ultra. It must be caught in an Ultra Ball. It must be caught BEFORE entering the Rock Tunnel. It must solo two of your rival's pokemon before evolving. After evolution, it must solo Blaine. there is no movepool restriction.

Charoshi take a taillow. It must get frozen solid (without fainting) 3 times before it can evolve.

Take a Shroomish called Mushy. It must always keep a Grass and Fighting (when it evolves) move. To evolve, solo Roxanne, and you have to survive a hit from Brawly's Poisoned Makuhita.
