1) Clefairy: As soon as it can learn a non-Normal type attack, it can never again use Normal type attacks (question: does this mean as soon as it inherently learns such a move, or as soon as I have a TM that it can learn that is a non-Normal attack? Also, do you mean JUST attacks, or can it never use any Normal type move whatsoever?)
2) Bulbasaur (named Saur): Must solo Misty AND Brock to evolve to Ivysaur. Must solo Kogo to evolve to Venusaur
3) Flareon: Can not use fire attacks against Erika
4) Tauros: must always know two non-damaging attacks (what if I can't catch one if it's so hard to do? )

It doesn't matter whether it's by level-up or TM. So basically, as soon as you beat Misty, give it Water Pulse-- from then on, no Normal attacks. You'll have to rely on TMs for just about all its attack moves from then on, 'cause it won't learn any non-Normal attack by level up until Meteor Mash at level 45.
And only Normal-type attacks are banned. So it's fine to let it keep any non-attacking moves, regardless of type. By the way, Metronome isn't considered to be an attack by the game, so it can still have that.
I don't know of anything good to put in my signature, so I guess I'll just tell you my teams. (for all the games I am playing now, at least)
Spoiler:- Here they are:
Current Platinum Nuzlocke team: (in rotation) - -- --- - ----- -------- --- - - -
Kathy - Risa - Waka - Anna - Gruntilda - Emile - Molly - MumboJumbo - Squashini - Sissel - Waffles - Ionia - Tanner
Badges: 4
Deaths: 1
In Pastoria City, preparing for Wake
Sid, take a Slowpoke. It must know Flamethrower. (And YES, it can actually learn that) In order to evolve it into Slowbro, it must defeat a Pokemon that is inflicted with a burn.
If you take nicknames, call it Dragon.
White 2 Nuzlocke Team: The Victorious 4:
Deaths: 5
R.I.P. Fafnir II and Amanda
1) Clefairy: As soon as it can learn a non-Normal type attack, it can never again use Normal type attacks
2) Bulbasaur (named Saur): Must solo Misty AND Brock to evolve to Ivysaur. Must solo Kogo to evolve to Venusaur

4) Tauros: must always know two non-damaging attacks (what if I can't catch one if it's so hard to do? )
5) Slowpoke: Must know Flamethrower. Must defeat a Pokemon that has a Burn to evolve (I really might kind of hate you for this. I haven't played a GameCorner game since Gen 1 because they are so damn hard, and now I have to win enough coins to buy Flamethrower? )

Well, it's not quite luck-based, at least not in FR/LG. You just need good timing and lots of patience. Heck, in my current LG playthrough, I managed to get two each of the Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam TMs, as well as a Dratini. It took me quite a while, but it was worth it.

Haha in LF last year, I just clicked randomly and won enough coins for a Porygon XD

6) Drowzee: Must put 20 trainer pokemon to sleep before evolving
Thanks, guys! I might start this on my lunchbreak today.
If you ask me, that Slowpoke has a good condition. Who wouldn't want a lazy, humanoid pink thing with a shell on his tail that can BREATHE FIRE?! Not to mention it'd kick *** against Grass types and Magnemite. You've been blessed.
When an unknown infection spreads throughout Hoenn, it's up to three elite Trainers to defeat its source: Deoxys.
Currently up to Chapter 2 of the sequel.

I would like to try one in Pokemon Emerald.
Handy-Dandy Rule Book:
1. No trading to get Pokemon.
2. Pokemon do not need to be completely evolved. If a poken should stay in a certain evolution stage please say so.
3. Nicknames. Nicknames should be given.
4. Make it difficult.
5. Must have restrictions galore!
6. Make a well-balanced team. Type repeats can occur, buy not more than twice.
7. Nothing saying that so-and-so must be whatever level by the E4.
Thanks8).
So you want it to be difficult, eh? You asked for it.
Take a Magnemite. For it to evolve, it must learn ZAP CANNON (you heard right) and use it SUCCESSFULLY FIVE TIMES on GRASS TYPES. It cannot learn any other Electric moves, or any of the following: Lock-on, Metal Sound, Supersonic, or any HMs. Name it Bastion.

McTwizzle, take a Torchic which must solo Roxanne without using any Fire or Normal-moves to evolve into Combusken. To evolve into Blaziken, it must solo Juan and Wallace. Nickname it RoostCure.
Looking up I will depart
I'll spread my wings so take my heart
To the Constellations, and make my dreams come true
