Certainly. For your Water-type take a Remoraid. It may never have any two moves of the same Type at a time. To evolve, you must have take part in the Pokeathelon in each of the 5 courses (Speed, Power, Stamina, Skill, and Jump).

Optional: Has to win a medal in each to evolve, if you want a greater challenge.

Black and White Scramble take a Vulpix that must defeat Morty's Haunter or Gengar to evolve to Ninetales. It must use Will-o-wisp in that battle.

BW scramble, acquaint yourself with Hotblood the heracross. He's an adrenaline junky so he cannot use any STAB attacks or any attacks with more than 80 (80 can be used) base power unless he is in yellow or red health. Have fun.

Edit: if your up for a bigger challenge, make it so he may only use STAB attacks and 81+ BP attacks when he is in red health only. If that is too hard, don't, and just do the original challenge.

BW Scramble take a Magmar (If it's in SS. if not, Weezing) which you can only evolve when you UNLOCK Kanto. If you go into a Kanto Gym with Magmar, It must stay Magmar.

(If it's Weezing, Name it Hydrogen, and I have no evolution setbacks, but it must always come in after you use a flying type move with any of your pokemon.)

yep i wouldnt mind using octilery if no one suggested another water type but since someone suggested poliwag i decided to use politoed

Voyeur, take a Yanma. To evolve it must defeat at least two of the trainers on Route 47 and 7 wild Pokemon on Route 48 by itself (each of the 7 must be a different species to count, so if you beat 3 wild Hoppip, it still counts as one - there are about 8 types that show up on this route, so you have to defeat almost all of them once).

Voyeur, your last Pokemon is a Swinub. It must be called "Swice" (Get it? Swine + Ice?) and you must replace Ancientpower when it reached level 40. No restrictions for evolving.
