Restrictions:
- All Pokémon must be evolved at the league.
- No Pokémon than can only be caught after the E4.
- No trading

It cannot evolve until getting to Oreburgh City, and its moveset must always contain at least two sound-based moves, once possible. (You know, like Growl, Sing, Bug Buzz, etc.)

So, you mean it must defeat any Dragon that is not Kingdra and can only have 2 Ice/Psychic moves? That includes status moves?

Still need 2 more Pokémon.

N_Shadow19, take a Kingdra. It can only evolve from a Horsea once it has solo'd 2 of Pryces Pokemon. It can then only evolve into a Kingdra once it has solo'd either Lances Aerodactyl or Gyarados. As a Kingdra, it cannot have more than 2 Water type moves, and one must have a base power lower than 70.

Raptor, take a Starly and name it Despair. It must only know three damaging moves and one other move(If Starly had Toxic or something, it's fine) at the first chance and can only evolve into Staravia when it solo's Eterna City's gym.(Did I get that right?)To evolve again, it must learn Toxic(TM06).

Evolves once when soloing Eterna's Gym
Evolves again after learning Toxic

Gastly - It must be caught in Sprout Tower and solo the Tower after catching it. The Gastly must be male and named Demon. You can only evolve it after it learns Shadow Ball(Lv 29) and must keep that move for the whole game. To evolve into Gengar(If you so wish) it must solo a Gym Leader's Pokemon two times as a Haunter.(Like one of Bryce's, one of Claire's but it can't be the same Gym Leader)
Exeggcute - It may only keep one damage-dealing move. (Moves like Toxic and Leech Seed are fine as they indirectly deal damage) It can evolve into Exeggutor after this criteria is filled.
Weedle - It must be caught in the Bug Catching Contest. It can never hold an item. It can evolve to Kakuna when it poisons 20 separate trainer-owned pokemon. It can evolve to Beedrill 6 days after it evolved to Kakuna.
Vulpix - It cannot evolve until it solos all trainers on route 40 and 41

I'm just used to Misdreavus being a female-ish Pokemon, that might explain why I said ''her.'' :P So no, there's no gender requirements.
