Bored out of my.... mind....
SO! I'm already running Scramble Black, Mono Platinum (Ground), so I'm gonna do this!
Soul-Silver Scramble
I want this to be interesting, but I'm also very finicky, so here are my few notes.
-I don't have to use a pre-game starter except until I get Pokeballs.
-Make 'em tough but not impossible. I'm a pretty good player, but I'm not like, beast or anything.
-I'm only using normal Pokeballs
-Nothing with a less than 10 or less encounter rate. I don't want to spend all my time just finding the Pokemon.

Zexiontwo, take a Hoppip. It must solo Bugsy to evolve into Skiploom, and Morty to evolve into Jumpluff. It must also know two status moves when you challenge the E4.
Never used it, I just hope it can take that dang Scyther (I hate that Pokemon)

@noseklig, I hate to ask this, but could you make that a bit harder? I do that on my normal run throughs...
So you're saying blow (use Flying Moves) Chuck to death then?
okay so I'm not the only one who does that. Have it also solo the dancing girls only using natural water type moves so no moves from tms or hms

So STAB moves that aren't resisted? I repeat, a little harder please. I'm not a noob Xp I can take the tougher challenges. Look up at the guy who gave me Hoppip. Challenges that are hard like those are what I'm looking for. Hoppip doesn't learn flying moves until after it evolves, so I only have grass and normal against two tanks, a scyther and a bunch of minature bugs.
How about also soloing all of the trainers in the Dragon gym using only slash

So you want something harder than that? Natu isn't exactly a powerful Pokemon, but if you wish...
It must solo Chuck and his gym (or just Chuck if you prefer) using nothing but Night Shade. Should it fail this task it may never evolve.
Zexiontwo Take a Slugma that you get as egg from Primo. It must solo the trainers on Route 27 and 28 with just fire type moves to evolve.
Alternatively,It must solo your rival at Victory Road to evolve.
Spoiler:- Completed and Current Playthroughs:
Zexiontwo, take an Ekans that must be male, and has to solo Whitney in order to evolve. It can never forget Wrap.

I wasn't trying to knock you man, I just didn't know if you realized it had two advantages instead of one.
I'm looking at the Gen 4 Pokedex and it says you can't find a Slugma until post game 1.
1: Toto(All Dragon Gym no teachables)
2: Ekans (male, solo Whitney, keep Wrap)
3: Hoppip (Solo Bugsy, Solo Morty)
4: Natu (Solo Chuck with Night Shade)

4 down three to go
In Violet City you can talk to Primo (standing next to the PC in the Pokemon Center) and tell him certain phrases (Found here: http://www.filb.de/games/tools/aikotoba ) he'll give you an egg containing Slugma.
Also ZexionTwo, have a Cubone. It needs to land a supereffective attack against both Raikou and Entei before it can evolve. It can only know moves of 2 different types.
Can I do it before the first gym?
