Dodrio cannot be captured in the wild in LG, though I am pretty sure that you are allowed to capture a Doduo and evolve it.

SilverMorty, use a Dewgong which must know Signal Beam and Rest.

SilverMorty - Have fun with a NidoranF. It must defeat five NidoranM [either trained or wild] to evolve into Nidorina. It must then defeat five Nidorino [either trained or wild] to evolve into Nidoqueen. [And yes, you may count Nidorino it has defeated while it was a NidoranF]. Good luck!

...Crap.

Either way, I'd some journey restrictions, as in restrict how I play the game as opposed to restricting the Pokemon. I'll take 8 restrictions.

The last two restrictions combined make one hell of a challenge. Luckily the second doesn't state when the Pokemon needs to be captured, so I'll do that farther into the game
