Currently reading the first volume of Fushimi Tsukasa's Eromanga Sensei. I really like how it introduces and highlights to readers the hardships and problems novelists may face but we as readers might not actually notice.

Dragons of a Fallen Sun by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman. It's the first book in the War of Souls trilogy from DragonLance. I'm finding the writing a lot easier to get through, and I'm actually enjoying the book.

My Ántonia by Willa Cather and The Alienist by Caleb Carr. I'm really enjoying The Alienist because I love history and this is a historical novel. ^.^

Delirium by Lauren Oliver. It's another YA dystopian romance novel, and the central premise is that love is considered a disease so everyone undergoes brain surgery at age 18 to be "cured" of it. I'm really unimpressed by the novel.

Also reading A Feast for Crows, book four of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, and it is excellent.

I never did read that trilogy, but I liked a lot of the DragonLance world when I first started getting into fantasy.

    Lol, "reading"... Me too though

I started A Hologram For The King by Dave Eggers. I'm pushing through it. Not a page turner but I'm enjoying it. Actually got the suggestion from my English teacher.

Jokingly: This thread is what I'm reading now.
Seriously: I am in the process of rereading the autobiography Almost Like a Song by Ronnie Milsap (with assistance from Tom Carter). This book is mainly a rags-to-riches tale in real life and is heartbreaking yet inspirational. Released in 1990, Ronnie wrote about how he went from being born (mostly) blind, being abandoned and abused by his biologically mother whilst being raised by his grandparents and father then the staff at the Governor Morehead School for the Blind in Raleigh, taking physical abuse from the housefather and mother as well as the minimum wage workers there, and being shunned by the well-meaning folks of the Meadow Branch Primitive Baptist Church for not having enough faith simply because he didn't heal, to getting an endorsement from Ray Charles to get into the music business and eventually achieving superstardom in country music. When I'm done with it, I plan on rereading it again.

I am slowly and gradually (but surely) changing for the better and believe that it will be reflected by my actions and decisions. Will I always succeed in decency and self-discipline? Most likely not. Am I perfect? Never; I am a human being and will therefore make errors. Will I try to live and act the proper way whilst being as close to perfect as humanly possible? Absolutely! I'm not as good as I should be, but I'm better than I once was.

The series doesn't hold up well. DragonLance was my first foray into fantasy, and I enjoyed it then. Now, the series is a mess.

Still, I'm reading Dragons of a Lost Star, which is the second book in the War of Souls trilogy. Just started it, and haven't had much time to get into the book.

At the moment, reading A Nicer Way To Die by Sam Mills. It's fairly enjoyable, though the prose can feel a bit too... laboured for my liking. Great story, though.

Got Frank Norris' McTeague as a scoring prize at a quiz bowl tournament recently. Don't plan on reading it any time soon, though.

Probably going to start reading one of my other scoring prizes that I still haven't picked up. Probably going for Kawabata's The Master of Go.

A Song of Ice and Fire: A Game of Thrones. Too good, but so long..

Considering going back to re-read the Seven Realms Novels by Cinda Williams Chima. Easily one of my favorite authors with her Heir and Seven Realms series.

A Game of Thrones is like the shortest book in the series, lol. Be prepared for longer books. Well I think book 4 is shorter, but it's probably the hardest one to read.

Dragons of a Vanished Moon by Marget Weis and Tracy Hickman. Final book in the trilogy, and I'm ready to see how it all ends. Finally understood why it's called the "War of the Souls" trilogy.
