For the speed boost torchic ( is it proven legit?) I can offer Shiny Todotile, Mudkip, Oshawott, Feebas, Electabuzz, Feebas, Venipede, Charmander, Metang,( and many others if you don't like these) and a UT unused Shiny Raikou from the event. I would add give 2-3 for it too.

Its legit. Is oshawott shiny, if so what is its nature?

What nature is your Speed Boost Torchic? I have a few events I'm willing to trade for it if it has a Jolly (preferred) or Adamant nature:

PKTOPIA Magmortar - lvl 100 - no clue what IVs or EVs it has
PKTOPIA Electivire - lvl 100 - no clue what IVs or EVs it has
PKTOPIA Magmortar - lvl 50 - UT - I don't check IVs
PKTOPIA Electivire - lvl 50 - UT - I don't check IVs

Both Magmortar are Modest and both Electivire are Adamant

Here are a few interesting non-event pokemon I have to offer:
