What do you guys think of the new firestar archetype?

I'm more interested in SD24's boss. Everyone thought the SD will be about "Firestar" monsters, but it turns out the boss is a "Flamelord" monster with an effect that allows it to search other "Flamelord".....

The ZEXAL fusion of Astral & Yuma looking like a Super Saiyan doesn't bother me, what does bother me is that ZEXAL is basically cheat mode. Granted the other series pulled stunts that too, but it still bothers me that they can only win if they create a card with Shining Draw that isn't even in their deck that just happens to have the effects to get them out of whatever situation their opponent has thrown at them.

Had 2 Duels against my friend the other day both Nordic vs E-Hero won both. 1st match went back and forth between field power won with 800lp, second went better 4600lp. Thinking about editing combining the heroes and neo spacians but don't know where to start.

I liked today's Zexal episode. I like Quattro he's cool, a Puppet master duelist. Plus, Shark returns.

yeah, it's way too convenient.
Yugi and Judai at least pulled cards like a Ritual Spell or a Monster Reborn. You know, stuffs that everyone else also can use.

IMO, Yuma and Yusei are equal. Yuma can create cards but he sometimes loses (in fact, in the D Team ZEXAL manga, he actually loses a duel against Shark even after summoning Hope Ray, while Shark has only a normal Shark Drake) while Yusei doesn't always create new cards, but he's on god mode almost every single time.

I feel I ought to mention here that Yuusei also has the most complete winning record of all the protags -- his only loss, once to Jack, was only seen in a flashback as part of his and Jack's character developments. Outside of that, he either won every single time, or the duel was counted as incomplete/no result.

The other three have a handful of losses under their belts, if not more, but... yeah.

Not really. Especially Yugi.
He lost in ways he couldn't do anything about it.
Against Kaiba he could have won but the little Yugi stopped him from attacking because Kaiba would have fallen off the roof at Duelist Kingdom.
Joey controlled by Marik&Yugi technically tied.
Then he lost to Rafael fairly I guess.
And the final duel Yugi beat himself so I don't think that even counts. xD

So the only real loss he had was against Rafael.
