That doesn't work. I forget why exactly but look it up, something to do with cost rulings and such. Like COS the one part of a cost not an effect. Would be too broken.
How it ends up working is YOUR field and hand would be removed and they draw 2 cards. Because the removal part is a cost and not part of the effect.

Banishing all cards in your hand/on your field is the cost, which must be paid upon the cards activation. Cards cannot be chained until the cost is paid. So, chaining Mystical Refpanel would just give your opponent two cards and you would banish everything.
Same way activating Dark Bribe in response to Solemn Warning wouldn't give your opponent back their 2000 they paid. They had to pay it to activate, even though the card is negated.
Clever though. The more subtle rulings are always what get ya.
speaking about ruling, apparently one of the rulings for Divine Judgment of the Spellbooks is that you can Warning it.
Guess now we know the real reason why Warning got Limited.
Spoiler:- Cool Stuff:
I'm still willing to bet Prophecy won't even be Tier 1, or if it is for very long. If it manages to be Tier 1 it will go the same road as Geargia imo
They finally updated DN, I've been waiting to try out quite a few rogue Decks but they were taking so long!
The HarpieFTK, Alien-Rabbit, Chain Garden, Burning Knuckler... Chain Garden is by far my favorite so far.
Black Garden cuts in half the ATK of all monsters summoned, so an Obelisk would have 2000.
So when you summon Rabbit it would be cut to 700 but then banishes itself and comes back with 1400 meaning you would need a Blue Eyes level stength monster to defeat it.
