Banishing all cards in your hand/on your field is the cost, which must be paid upon the cards activation. Cards cannot be chained until the cost is paid. So, chaining Mystical Refpanel would just give your opponent two cards and you would banish everything.

Same way activating Dark Bribe in response to Solemn Warning wouldn't give your opponent back their 2000 they paid. They had to pay it to activate, even though the card is negated.

Clever though. The more subtle rulings are always what get ya.

I'm still willing to bet Prophecy won't even be Tier 1, or if it is for very long. If it manages to be Tier 1 it will go the same road as Geargia imo

Even if you didn't get to draw, it would still be a big help.
They finally updated DN, I've been waiting to try out quite a few rogue Decks but they were taking so long!

The HarpieFTK, Alien-Rabbit, Chain Garden, Burning Knuckler... Chain Garden is by far my favorite so far.

It's a Deck using Black Garden, that takes advantage of the fact that when Wind Up Rabbit and Evilswarm Thunderbird banish themselves and come back, their ATK stat returns to normal.

Black Garden cuts in half the ATK of all monsters summoned, so an Obelisk would have 2000.
So when you summon Rabbit it would be cut to 700 but then banishes itself and comes back with 1400 meaning you would need a Blue Eyes level stength monster to defeat it.

Oh that sounds like a cool deck. One of my personal favorites is a rock deck that techs in Valkyrion as a backup boss.

I've seen that somewhere, but I can't remember where. It used Valkyrion and a few other high level monsters as well as rocks and Trade-In

Lol I don't really run trade in XD I just use rabbit and revival golems and block golems to spam rank 4s while I gather the pieces for valkyrion.

Lol lightsworns still have tons of OTK potential, even more so with triple lumina, but they aren't becoming T1 any time soon. Neither will wind ups after this.

Wind-Ups and Lightsworns can't even be compared lol Lightsworn are just terrible. Wind-Ups can still be competitive, just not to their once Tier 1 glory
