I didn't do cream, coz it blend with Smeargle..
So I done the colour of its tail (shiny) to make it stand out

May I just tell you somthing? I know how to make the lick icons, and you are not saving your files as png (i think thats what it wat it is). It looks alot better and you can get rid of the fuzzy stuff

Don't ye think I know that? i can show you them every single one without animation
They're all PNG, its the website I make then to GIF that makes them have those spots, not me
If you know a website that upload PNG files to GIF, tell me
I know mah graphics, I'm the first one in my teacher's 2 classes to finish my art last year, 2 weeks early than the deadline.. :/
