Character (Has to be Pokemon): Oshawott! (I would have asked for darkrai and porygon-z but... where's their mouth?)
Background color: White or something that makes oshawott stand out. Not too bright.
Anything else? LOL! Maybe if you can, have him hide his face with his shell after blinking. Or like something like a Pika-boo. You know, hide your face, then lick XD If you can't, blinking is good.

The licking icons are incredibly cute, but that's cute as well. Especially when other pokes do it. Why not just add both?
