1) shiny Regice - what level is it, is it UT, and where is it from (Sinnoh, Hoenn, etc.)?
2) shiny Kyogre - what level is it, is it UT, and where is it from?
3) shiny Dialga and shiny Giratina - what level is it?
4) shiny Deoxys - what event is it from, and is it UT?

The Kyogre is a hack, I don't think you can't get a Kyogre in Sinnoh.
I'm interested in your shiny Regice. I can offer you 2 shinies for it if you'd like.
Fissurous ok 2 shinies for my regice and kyogre can be from hoenn then transfer it to sinoh then transfer to white
Yes, you are right, but if it was Hoenn > Sinnoh > Unova, it'd say "Hoenn" and "Arrived after a long travel thorugh time at level __" or something. My shinies are in my trade shop. Also, did you clone the Regice? It's fine if you did, I just like to know beforehand.
The Kyogre is a hack, I don't think you can't get a Kyogre in Sinnoh.

Don't forget that all Kyogre are level 47 (Sapphire) or higher and you are correct about Kyogre not being wild in Sinnoh.
