Assassin's Creed 2

An Old Friend Returns: complete the game- battling the final boss drove me crazy. I kept thinking he was dead but he kept coming back
Hallowed Be Thy Name: find the tomb in the Basilica di San Marco- I thought the entrance to this one was inside the building (it's the place you have to fly into), then I realized I stupidly missed the entrance on the outside
Show Your Colors: wear the Auditore cape in each city- the cape itself is kind of dumb. It's supposed to be a reward but it makes things harder
In Memory of Petruccio: find all 100 feathers- I looked around for feathers until I found 90, then looked up the rest (I like to find 90% before looking stuff up).

Modern Warfare 3

Who Dares Wins: complete the campaign on any difficulty- done on normal. Overall I thought the campaign was fine, except for one thing I'm sure anyone that's played this game will know.
Jack the Ripper: knife 5 enemies in a row- done during the level when Price cuts the lights out
Informant: collect 22 pieces of intel- I think I found 32 or 33 during my first playthrough
This Is My Boomstick: kill 30 enemies wih the XM25 in 'Black Tuesday'- interesting weapon, although using it felt weird
Kill Box: kill 20 enemies with the chopper gun in 'Return to Sender'- it was cool shredding dudes with this thing
Danger Close: bring down a chopper with an air strike in 'Bag & Drag'- creative use of an air strike
Menage a Trois: destroy 3 tanks with one 105mm shot in 'Iron Lady'- I thought I blew this at first, but I got it during the second time you use the gun
Brag Rags: earn 1 star in a special ops mission- pppppt, lame achievement

The 'The Birth of an Assassin' achievement from Assassin's Creed 2 was pretty easy. All you have to is press X, Y, A, B once each when the screen prompts you. That's probably the easiest I've encountered.

Ok, scratch that. Modern Warfare 3 gives you an achievement just for starting the game. That's pretty lame.

Just beat ACR. I was relatively disappointed finding out that I only had a 320G total from that game. I'm gonna go back and try to squeeze out some more achievements.

My three most recent trophies were on Infamous 2. All of them were acheived on the 12th. These are just some bronze trophies because I just got the game on the 10th and I don't play it often.

Egg Hunt refers to collecting the common White Egg, the uncommon Brown Egg, the rare Golden Egg and the only-enemies-drop-it-once-in-a-while Rotten Egg. Heart Stopper refers to the Licker Beta, a (visually rather disgusting) zombie which needs to be stunned, taken down and then quickly stabbed in the heart while it's still down - and stunned, and boy does that thing recover fast from stunning. The Works was almost impossible in single player mode because Sheva seems to be adamant on being as useless as possible when I issue the command for her to help me attack a single enemy with physical moves.

"I don't think they exist" - In TranZit, kill one of the denizens of the forest while it is latched onto you.
"Undead Man's Party Bus" - In TranZit, complete all additions to the bus in 1 game.
"Gun Nut" - Complete a level with customized loadout.
"No Man Left Behind" - Rescue Woods
"Just Gettin' Started" - Complete 1 challenge on any level
"Welcome to the Club" - Reach Sergeant (Level 10) in multiplayer Public Match.
"Gathering Storm" - Investigate the jungle facility.

Modern Warfare 3

Tactician: finish each special ops mission on at least regular difficulty- probably the hardest one the first time through was Server Crash
The Best of the Best: finish the campaign in hardened or veteran difficulty- done on veteran difficulty. I'd probably put this game's veteran mode behind MW1 and before MW2 in terms of difficulty.
Strike!: kill 5 enemies with a single grenade- got in Mind the Gap. I had to reload the checkpoint 10 or 15 times before I got this.
What Goes Up...: destroy all the helicopters in 'Persona non Grata' with only the UGV's grenade launcher- got during my veteran playthrough. I screwed it up the first time when I used all the my grenades on infantry.
For Whom the Shell Tolls: destroy all targets in 'Back on the Grid' with only 4 mortar shells- I just missed the shots during my first playthrough
Nein: kill 9 enemies with the AC-130 'Scorched Earth'- I missed this during my first and second playthrough. I eventually just had the focus on infantry and ignore the tanks.
No Assistance Required: complete a special ops mission on hardened or higher with no one getting downed- did this on Resistance Movement. I was annoyed I couldn't get this going through a mission solo.
50/50: complete a special ops mission with the same number of kills as your partner- also done on Resistance Movement. In the process of doing the above, I realized there's 40 enemies in the mission, so I thought this would be easy there.
