Helipocalpyse: destroy 6 helicopters during the mission 'Kill Switch'- since when do helicopters not blow up from a grenade launcher?
Not a Scratch: finish the mission 'Iron Clad' with the tank taking no damage- this one sucked. It seemed like every time the tank would miss a chopper and be hit
Baker's Dozen: run into/over 13 enemies while driving the snowmobile in 'Black Ice'- this was funny. I got lucky the time I got this- I slowed down and the enemies got off their mobiles, and I was able to run them all down.

Also all the achievements for finishing the missions 'Negociator', 'Black Ice', 'Kill Switch' and 'Iron Clad'. Probably my favorite was Kill Switch, since it's in an entirely new place. The hardest veteran was probably Iron Clad.

Nightwing Revenge: get 78 medals in the Riddler's Revenge maps as Nightwing- I really liked the dart gun he uses. Probably the hardest single map for me was End of the Line (Extreme)- I had a terrible time setting up switch hitter, and I kept accidently grappling onto a vantage point that was being scanned.
Campaign Nightwing: get 114 medals in Riddler campaigns as Nightwing- probably the hardest campaign was Predator (Extreme), since each map had an awkward setup medal and the modifiers were tricky.
Frequent Flyer: zip kick 5 thugs- pretty simple, doesn't really need to be an achievement
Battering Ram: ram 5 thugs with the bullet shield- same as above
Snap to it: use a snap flash on an object, armed & unarmed thug, and titan thug
A Few New Tricks: use all Robin's quickfire gadgets in a single fight- did this during the fight including the titan
Bomb Squad: disfuse the bombs in less then 3 minutes- did this during my first playthrough. I thought I blew it, but it turned out ok
The Last Laugh: finish the Harley's Revenge story- I found it enjoyable, although I feel like the writing wasn't as good for some reason. I don't know
Party's Over: destroy all 30 balloons- I was able to find 29 and had to loook up the last one

Ghost Buster: clear the ghost hideout in the campaign- lol, I was surprised by the first enemy and I panicked and died

Passive Agressive: kill 3 enemies with a single sentry bot- done in Mutant Bash, I was impressed with the device
Keep Em' Coming: kill 5 enemies with a single sentry turret- done in Mutant Bash, I thought the turret was too week
Decapathon: get 10 headshots with wingsticks- neat weapon
Open Minded: get 10 headshots with the sniper rifle- I like the name of this achievement. The rifle itself seems to shoot irratically
Jackpot!: kill all 4 aliens in the first round of Tombstones
Just a Flesh Wound: beat the 5th round of 5 Finger Filet- man I hated this game. It was more annoying having to repeat the same 1-4 rounds after failing the 5th
Leadfoot: win a race in the campaign

and story achievements Waste Management, Gladiator & Debunked

You're not alone. I took a long time to find the last one, which was... inside of some kind of tunnel on the roof.

Actually, I forgot that I looked up 2, not just one (I looked them up on different days and forgot the first). Anyway, the first was one when you're Robin, floating near the ceiling right after you enter a certain door (I was surprised I missed that one), the second was as Batman, in the hands on a nutcracker at the base of the tower with the CCTV hub on top.

Bringin' Home the Bacon: make $750 in one episode of Mutant Bash- done during a re-run. I used a bot in the first room and the shotgun thoughout. I think I finished with about $775.
Mr. Oddjob: complete 5 job board jobs in one playthrough
Jetpacker: kill an enforcer using a jet pack- just randomly got this while shooting
Silent but Deadly: get 10 stealth kills with the crossbow- seems like your stealth gets broken too easy sometimes
Demolition Man: destroy 100 enemy cars- this was fun. I liked ramming enemy cars the most (with that grill you win in Wellspring)
It's Good: make all 3 field goals- I saw there was a goal somewhere near the ark site, but other then that I was able to find these myself. Kind of fun ragdolling around.
Three Birds, One Bomb Car: kill 3 enemies with one RC car- done in Mutant Bash. The cars are cool, but they are destroyed too easily
Mechanocide: kill 100 enemies with turrets, cars and bots- used bots the most. Got a ton of kills in Blue Line Station
Deliverance: beat the final round of Strum- I had to write down the notes to do this. I don't know how anyone could memorize that many notes
Minigamer: win money in all minigames- didn't really love any of the game. They're either too hard or too easy.
