Victini01: I tried to make your smudge banner cause I had some extra time, but I couldn't get rid of the ugly yellow border around the render with having extraction issues everywhere . So if you want to re-request, please use a different image.

I'd like to request a sprite bannerfrom Candlelight Graphics

Extra : Can you make the background white, while you make green lines coming out of Porygon Z, like an explosion, but with straight lines? The lines aren't needed to be animated.
