Well, I'm almost sure the forretress we want as 252 sp. defense 252 HP 4 defense, I don't know what moves it learns by leveling up but the moveset we want is toxic spikes/spikes/stealth rock/gyro ball probably, those that it doesnt learn while leveling up don't teach it. I have no idea about the jellicents, could I get back to you later for their spreads?

Hmm Stealth Rock is an egg move on Pineco. I can get it I'd just have to breed another one for you. But yeah, take some time and come up with what you want on them.
