Your NYC Mew is pretty certain to be a hack, seeing as The only way to get a Mew without the OT being a known event one is by getting an old sea chart, which was only released in Japan.. Also, it's a bit weird that the trainer's ID is 012345, especially since ID's are 5 numbers :/
Anyway, is your shiny Rayquaza UT? if so, would you trade it for a UT TRU Arceus?

ID is my bad, Its 01234, I also couldnt find it on google, but I did find some topics about NYC mew, mostly asking for if it is an hack or not. The shiny rayquaza is not UT. Its lvl 100 and not ev'd so, its quite a mess.
I'm also interested in your shiny rayquaza. I can offer you Oblivia Heatran lvl.100 EV'd in SPA & DEF (of course i can use EV berries if you want it clean) and a DW Blaziken Adamant 31/31/31/x/31/31 EV'd in ATK & SPE (again, i can use EV berries)
But i can give you the blaziken only if you don't mind cloning it.

It could be a "Nintendo Worlds" event (One that has been created by a hacker, in response to events not being released very often in their areas - most common in places like New Zealand/Canada I'm guessing) a guy tried trading me a Celebi from there, and it's pretty obvious that it's from that source if it's fan-made. Just check the original encounter, a Worlds event will say "Nintendo World" instead of "Apparently had a fateful encounter at _ _ _"

Just one question, how can you get a dw blaziken with that iv's? I always tought that you cant breed dw starters, since I got a warning for asking for a female dw torchic.
