    EDIT2: Because Milotic Rank is for people who defeated the Leader(which is Eevee) and win a tourney battle...

    I used quick claw in that match, it activated twice. Well I also used brightpowder, but gravity was up so it had no effect. But still, it was on my team too.

    I thought quick claw was banned too?
