Thanks, and i haven't been tested before, eevee, and yes, there are hardly any water division PO testers.

he could help actually combat Rain Stall. It can easily take out Dragonite and Ferrothorn pretty easily

Ahh your comment on "Ran teams will have another fast swimmer" made me think his ability was fast swim. Anyways, he has excellent type coverage and would be a formidable force with his awesome Special attack and speed stats (justified is wasted on him though) I would love to replace my rotom-w with him and switch out my Virizion for possibly Venusar (Or I would keep virizion. Love that thing to death <3)

Special or Mixed. If I run special it would be the calm mind variant with scald, secret sword, and hp ice. If I ran Mixed, It would be pretty much what you put XD though i might change out the hydro pump for scald. I hate the 80% accuracy since that could cost you the match >.<
