You don't need to do that.

If you have Windows, get RNG Reporter. If you have MAC, get the mac version.

What do you need RNG'd?

How do you build your join avenue?

Once my black 2 becomes stable, I want to build it up and get the highest ranks.

Every day, 6 people come in your avenue. Sometimes, Gym Leaders comes also. If you trade over GTS, Infrared, or win Random Matchups, that's another way.
When you first start, you can open 7 different shops. When it's level 15, you unlock Nursery.
The highest level your shop can get is level 10. You can also replace so you can get medals or something new, like other berries. You can get more than 1 specific shop, so you can get 2 raffle shops.
