I have no dark type on my RU team, and I really don't know which member to drop :/

Trick Scarf Rotom/or anything with Choiced+Trick, Whirlwind Mandibuzz, Calm Mind Rest Spiritomb if it's boosting. If it's unboosted, Archeops, or anything faster than Sigilyph that can hurt it.

You can get it off the Nintendo e-shop on the 3DS. The best part is that if you get the actual game, the progress you've made on the demo will be kept as long as you don't delete it.

Probably, but it's also on the list at the top, so you just have to scroll to the side. If all else fails, there is also a demo section up there.
