hollen, you know one pokemon I always see in UU? FREAKIN CHANDELURE. I even saw a Flame Body Chandy, and I switched into my P-2, I was like "What? Isn't it supposed to Trace Flash Fire?" Then I saw Flame body...

Hail teams are pretty fun. I think they would go well in this meta. All the things weak to Ice are about and Grass is also a nice type at the moment.

Hail is only allowed in OU and Ubers, so yes, probably Ou(Unless he wants to run Kyurem-W)
