If someone can get into contact with Hax and ask him to update, that would be awesome. That post I made was a tool to keep track of the progress of building it, and its usefulness would expire the immediate moment the war teams were complete.

I do believe Hax is busy with some irl stuff, so that's explains why he hasn't done PO/PS testing.

If people need to be tested for PO/PS, I'll announce here when I'm on PO/PS and test them myself if necessary.

Who knows, Smogon could think that Black Kyurem has caught the Kyurem disease and sucks in Ubers. Maybe that's why they're bringing it back down to test in OU. If it indeed drops to OU, I know which tier to stop playing in until it becomes normal again.
