Yes Stone Edge is a pain and I didn't ever think to check that Lacarios can learn that thanks for the info I'll keep that in mind and my Charizard or Glurak as I should call him is one of the fastest Charizards I've seen but that's because he's lvl.100 I'm going to have to stop relying on him so much
